Our office locations are staffed Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to take calls, respond to emails and meet with members of your community. We also have a dedicated team assigned to serve as an account manager for your community to provide ongoing management, oversight and maintenance support.
Complete and detailed monthly financial reports are provided by our team to support your leadership team. All financial reports are reviewed by Accounting Managers prior to distribution. Our client financial services extend to attending Board and Finance committee meetings to develop budgets, review financial reports and to manage long-term financial plans.

We have had experience with two different units in Cinnamon Beach. May Management has allowed unit owners to replace carpet with hard surface flooring and use sub-standard underlayment. Consequently the noise transmitted through the floors has gotten much worse . They have not followed through with the requirement of soft pads under furniture legs and that has made the noise problem even worse for units below. For example, chairs being moved , footsteps and music can easily be heard. We would be hesitant to buy a unit unless it was on the top floor. By not upholding the rules, May Management has
