Overseas Freight Solutions, LLC is a family owned and operated company with over 40 years of industry experience. The proprietors of Overseas Freight Solutions, LLC have been able to capitalize on outside corporate experience, education and industry knowledge, as a catalyst for growth by blending these resources and applying them to a family business environment.
Overseas Freight Solutions, LLC is licensed and equipped to handle in-transit (bonded) cargo. Through our Container Freight Station, we are able to receive Ocean and Air shipments to our warehouse for unloading, segregation, and/or palletizing, while awaiting customs clearance or export instructions.
Importing freight into the United States is an extremely detailed and time-sensitive process. Overseas Freight Solutions, LLC is its own Customs House Broker; meaning, we do not outsource customs brokerage or any customs services to a 3rd party. We, as customs brokers must provide accurate and timely information to U.S. Customs in order for freight to be released and avoid additional import charges.
Overseas Freight Solutions LLC has been in the industry for over 30 years, during which time we have created and maintained relationships with various other agents around the world. We work with these agents including our own office in the Dom. Rep. C.E.O. International Cargo, S.R.L. to offer our customers service from and to virtually any point in the world.
While many of our customers have ongoing shipments, we have an equal number of customers who require our services for Project Cargo. We are experts in everything having to do with pricing the logistics for a project, including but not limited to, Hospitality, Construction, and Trade Shows. Project Managers meet with the Owners of our company and the Project Traffic Supervisor handling their shipments.

I wish all my customers would use Overseas Freight. They're easy to work with, detail oriented, excellent communication. There's a lot of details needed when you're the supplier delivering product for a customer and for over 20 years Overseas Freight has received my products for small and large projects and exported it in good condition or they will report any issues upon receipt. (Unlike many other companies that do not even want to provide a warehouse receipt) I recommend them 100%.
