Greg Beatty bought his first sporting goods store in North Canton, Ohio in 1985 called Viking Sports. After being in the business for five years he bought another store in Alliance, Ohio from a former Cleveland Cavaliers player. Raising a family at the time and running two stores was getting to be too much so he sold the other stores and settled down in Louisville, Ohio where you will see him today, running the Louisville store.

Great customer service. I had an baby blanket I wanted to embroider the baby's name on the corner. Called a lot of places and nobody seemed to do it. Finally found Beattys Sports and they got me exactly what I wanted. I procrastinated and with the baby shower nearing their turn around rate is perfect. Extremely pleased. 😊

Great place to get all your Lake High School gear! They have some really nice, high quality apparel - Under Armour, hats, shirts, jackets, whatever you need. Also, its really nice to have a place right in Hartville to get sports equipment when you are in a pinch and don't want to run to Akron or Canton.
The only reason I give it 4 stars is because their iron pressed shirts are very low quality. Unless you are ok buying a new shirt every 3 washes, I would stay away from them.

This place is nice clean and helpful staff. I ordered my sons Varsity Jacket from here and there were no problems cam in quicker than they quoted and he loves it. The have all the streaks clothing you could ask for. Im a bigger guy and they let me try on few shirt before purchasing. I will be going back.
