We went back for a recheck on my daughter's toes . I was told I had to pay a copay again . I asked why ? . Since it was for the same processor. The rude insurance lady said we collect copay for everything time . I felt the money was more important than my daughter's toes were to Dr. Phelps. We will never step foot in his office again.
