I have been a customer of Lawrence Hearing for over Seven years .I find I am treated as a friend not a customer. My hearing continues to worsen (hereditary) and adjustments are frequently needed. All I need to do is call and I am scheduled for another fine tuning. It probably is time for a newer, better hearing aid and I WILL go to Lawrence hearing for them in the near future.

I'm now on my second set of hearing aids with Lawrence through its Middletown office, and will soon be following up for my third set. I have been 100% happy with their service and follow up, and how they have handled any questions I have had and any of my follow up issue, which included the loss of one of my hearing aids while in FL. I will definitely follow up with Lawrence upon my return to NY.

Lawrence Hearing fitted me with my third set of hearing aids and as before they function perfectly. As time goes on and as I also age, Lawrence Hearing is there to make the necessary adjustments to return the devices to optimum clarity.
