Carol and Michael are welcoming, personable, and warmly professional all at once, but most importantly they are problem solvers. My profoundly hard of hearing father moved back to NJ from AZ mid-pandemic in May 2020 with a hearing aid that was more irritating than helpful and three caption phones to set up. In one session, Michael solved Dad's immediate problem, patiently explained his hearing status to me, and certified Dad for the national Caption Phone program.
