Just tried to call to discuss a corporate booking opportunity. First thing, they hung up on me and didn't apologize - then when I started describing what we were looking for, was told how it won't work, etc. Well, we've done these trips before and all of our competitors do it the same way so either we're all wrong - or All World Travel didn't want our business. I hung up - there are others out there who are friendly and will work within the parameters.

I've used this agency dozens of time for both domestic and international travel since 1999. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. As any consultant who travels a lot will tell you, quality travel planning is critical and the devil is in the details. The owner, Kristie, handled my international trips personally. She even helped me with a problem after the trip was over and she followed up to see how it went. I made a casual comment about a certain hotel fee and the next thing I knew she had contacted the hotel and had it refunded. What a surprise! I'd recommend this agency

I am not impressed by this agency or their policies. Before doing any work on my trip they had me come in and give my credit card information and passports. Okay fair enough. But then when an alternate agency contacted me with a itinerary, I called this agency to see if they could provide me with the remaining details and price for my trip, because thus far they had only provided me with suggested hotels. I wanted to compare apples to apples and give this agency a chance to earn my business. In fact, I preferred this agency because they were local compared to an online agency. Unfortunately

Poor customer service, sloppy work and incompetency combined make this place a no-go. Even something as simple as a plane ticket required multiple revisions and still was not fixed at the time of travel. Agency was deaf to complaints and was not even willing to pay back the service fee. Definitely would not recommend.
