After trying various travel agencies, I’ve finally found the best one! Awaken travels has consistently worked hard on my cruises (multiple cruise lines) to solve problems, save me money, get upgrades, navigate covid cancellations and now covid testing requirements, etc. They’ve saved me so much time on hold and frustration trying to get answers if I’d tried to do it in my own!! And of course they don’t charge for handling all my cruise bookings! Teresa, Vijal and Cindi are all so friendly and professional—a great team!

Vijal booked us an awesome vacation in Hawaii for less than we would have paid for the same thing booking on the internet! On top of that WE mistakenly asked Vijal to book us into a hotel we THOUGHT we had stayed at before and loved. It wasn't until a few weeks later that we realized we had not only requested the wrong hotel, but a hotel that we most definitely did not want to stay at. Vijal worked diligently and without complaint to fix OUR screw up.. It took several phone calls and alot of patience, but she got it done! It was me and my husband’s first time going to the Big Island, Hawaii and we absolutely loved it! The Fairmont Orchid resort was amazing and very family oriented. We plan to visit again in the future.

We contacted Teri from Awaken Travels back in March of 2021 for a trip to Secrets, St James Montego Bay, Jamaica in September 2021. We told her what type of room we wanted and when we wanted to fly. She was lighting fast and offered us exactly what we wanted at a great price the same day. We purchased the trip and lo and behold a few months later the airline changed the flights. We informed Teri and the flights were changed the same day to our liking. Teri informed us of all the COVID Regulations and requirements for out of country and made the trip very easy for us. My lovely wife and I had an amazing time in the Big Islands. 5 star hotel with an amazing view daily. Very peaceful and family oriented location. We stayed at the Fairmont Orchid. The staff was so polite and everyday was literally paradise. Very relaxing stay. No problems occurred during my stay. Vijal helped us with the best vacation we ever had. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again

My husband and I recently used the services of Awaken Travels to book some trips. Initially, we started off by booking a 2-week honeymoon trip to 2 different countries, but had to change everything due to the pandemic. Teri is great and went above and beyond with planning our trip. We had multiple issues secondary to Covid and a passenger change, but she remained steadfast and somehow managed to keep calm and make sure this did not result in our trip being cancelled. She checked in many times and always followed through. We are grateful for her diligence because had we been the ones planning this trip, it never would have happened.

Teri was so amazing! As we planned our honeymoon, we wanted it to be easy and as stress free as possible, so we contacted Teri with awaken travels. We told her what we wanted out of a vacation and she surely delivered! We will definitely be using her again for future trips! We booked about 9 months ahead of time, and she checked in with us along the way, always making sure we felt prepared. I was a little clueless to travel agents, but I am definitely glad we used one! :)

We had the pleasure of working with Cindi from Awaken Travels on our recent Bora Bora adventure. Cindi was incredible. From start to finish her dedication to her job is obvious. She was very helpful in the planning of our trip from the flights, transfers, to the exact bungalow we wanted to stay in. She really took care of everything for us. She was also very patient with us as we toyed with the idea of certain excursions. We took our family of four to Bora Bora for a week and couldn't always agree on which excursions to do. I wanted to take my wife on a bucket list trip for our 25th wedding anniversary. She has always wanted to go to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. I researched travel agents and found Cindi at Awaken Travels. She was excellent in every way. We very much enjoyed our trip and had our expectations exceeded. Everything went as planned. Cindi did an amazing job getting us the best places for our honeymoon in Japan. She worked with us to find a great place in our price range with the perfect local. She called to verify our reservation with the hotel and got us a nice upgrade for our stay. We ended up on the special Artist floor at the Park Hotel Tokyo that had a view of the Tokyo tower and you could even see Fuji on a clear day. Cindi was a breeze to get a hold of and responded to our emails very quickly. She also found us sites with options to add on side trips or extra excursions. Definitely recommending her to friends and family

I am so impressed with Cindi and how well she took care of us. We wanted a Jamaican honeymoon at an all inclusive. I had heard great things about Sandals so we made a list of what we wanted in a resort, room, and atmosphere. Cindi got us booked perfectly, flights and all! We could completely relax the whole time we were on this trip knowing Cindi was available to smooth any hiccups that may occur, though not a problem arose. The honeymoon was all we expected and more beautiful than I imagined. Cindi even helped us book our off resort excursions! We will most definately work with Cindi @ Awaken
