Dominique did an outstanding job for my wife and I for our anniversary. She found a great all inclusive resort in Cancun based on what we wanted. She was helpful throughout the process with the flights, rides to and from the airport, excursions and things to do while we were there. We loved working with Dominique to plan our Alaskan cruise, even though it never happened! Dominique was professional, courteous and always responded to us promptly and with as much information as we requested, and often more. She understood this was a once in a lifetime trip for public school teachers and was always looking out for both value and experience. Heather was an absolute GEM of a person. I have never used a travel agent before and I was feeling overwhelmed when trying to plan a honeymoon and a wedding at the same time. Heather made the process super easy and fun. I really appreciate her sending me updates of the hotel/beach we selected in the months leading up to the trip. Dominique has booked a Hawaiian cruise for our family as well as a trip to Cambodia and Thailand. Although I considered myself very organized and love planning things, there is an added element of stress of the unknown when planning an international trip. Dominique did a fantastic job coordinating an anniversary trip to Cancun with our adult kids. We met with her and described what we were looking for and gave her our budget. She was able to play with our dates and find us the absolute PERFECT honeymoon. I was very disappointed that it was up to me to figure out all of the transportation on my own as that is why I used a travel agent. I had to arrange my own transport from the airport to the hotel ( involved shuttle, taxi, water taxi) and back. I was able to arrange the transport in 12 minutes, whilst Heather did not have an answer after more than a day.My booked excursions did not include transport to and from departure sites( my itinerary stated hotel dock pick up),. Because I did not find this out until the day before scheduled excursion I had to eat the cost.i rebooked excursions for less

We had Dominique arrange our 15th Anniversary trip to Playa del Carmen. The trip was flawless and the resort upgraded us, from a junior suite, to an oceanview master suite, on check-in . The resort was everything she said it was and more--plus, we received chocolate covered cherries, champagne and a rose petal bubble bath. The best part was, while travelers who booked through budget agencies, had problems, we were treated like royalty.
