In December 2019 a Lyft driver just could not wait for me to finish getting into the car and took off prematurely running over my left foot. I suffered tears to a couple of ligaments and tendons. Very poor communication. Very poor expectation setting. Expect to walk away with about 20-25% of the settlement, which ended up being 1% of the initial claim. This attorney does not want to put in the work, he just lets things ride out until there is no time left. He walks away with the largest part of the settlement and ends up being handsomely rewarded for mediocre work.

Horrible communication. Never once received any paper work! Never once received an update on the progress of the case! Every single call, and there were a lot of them were sent to his voicemail. He was always away from his desk or out of the office. It's been 3 years and he just withdrew from the case. 3 years wasted! Do not lhire this guy

These guys just wanted a quick payday.. Settled a mold case a couple years ago and we are still having issues with the bank. The account that this law firm set up for my children is ridiculous. The back can take money out for fees but i cant even touch it. I been dealing with this for a couple years already. Its inconvenient. Make sure that if you deal with these guys they give you info on everything. And u ask plenty of questions
