I reached out to this company to get a quote for insurance. The individual I was put into contact with was non responsive until I called to speak with a manager. I only then received a phone call to tell me they could not help me. I wasn't quite as upset initially when they gave me the contact of another company that might be able to assist me. But unfortunately I received the exact same treatment there. I have gone 6 weeks now with nothing. This is extremely aggravating when it comes to trying to run a business. I understand things are hectic these days with people working from home and all but
