Shipwatch Surf and Yacht Club is located on beautiful Perdido Key in Northwest FL There are 126 condominium units with a total of 5 buildings, Four (4) facing the Gulf Of Mexico - One (1) facing Ole River. Though all units are individually owned, some are available for rent, through outside property management companies.
However, most owners have owned for many years, and spend as much time at they can at their Shipwatch "paradise" in Perdido Key for some well earned "R&R". There is a management office on-site (on the riverside) to assist owners with all their needs. Stop by any time. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Services
A native of Northwest Florida, Pat came to Shipwatch with over 25 years in the field of condominium/homeowner association management. Serving as past president of the North Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) - Board of Directors, her desire is to ensure Shipwatch has the best resources and professionals available.
Property management companies (rental agencies) are required to pick up parking passes from the Shipwatch office. The property management (rental) company must provide passes to each rental guest at check-in. Guest passes must be displayed from the rear view mirror, visible to the security staff. Two (2) parking passes are allowed per unit.
Renters are allowed access to the launch and the docks with assistance from the maintenance staff. This assistance is available between the hours of 7:30 A.M until 4:00 P.M; seven days a week. Shipwatch Boat passes must be displayed on both the boat and the trailer. These passes must be obtained from the owner, or the rental source.
There are Clubhouses on both the Gulf-side and the Riverside. The Clubhouses are available for owners use with proper reservations, completed paperwork and a $150 refundable cleaning deposit. Both clubhouses are equipped with a full kitchen, dining, a television, and a conversation/sitting area. Both overlook the Gulf or River, pools, and provide a wonderful place for friends and family to gather.
Shipwatch Condominiums has a contract with Perdido Beach Service to provide chairs for our owners and guests. Ask if there is an owners discount available. The current rates are posted in the ground floor bulletin boards in each building. If you bring tents, toys, coolers and chairs, please be gracious and polite not to interfere with the view of owners and guests that have purchased the use of the rental chairs.

What a great location just off the Flora-Bama coast excitement. Amazingly affordable prices whether you're buying or renting from current owners. This is the best area to enjoy awesome views while enjoying the aromatic breezes of the waterways and gulf shoreline. Everything I would ever need is within walking distance as well as great entertainment while visiting the local establishments. I was able to enjoy sun, sand, and surf in a relaxed secure environment, and relax on a waterway vessel of my choice to add some excitement and diverse scenic views. So many friendly locals that make you feel

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a romantic setting. Offers an excellent view of the Olde River, and is just a short walk across the road to the beautiful white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Grounds and building are well maintained with parking available for boat trailers. Docks and a boat ramp are also available upon request. Large unheated pool, 3 tennis courts, well equipped exercise room, sauna and hot tub are featured also.
However, the unit is in need of a complete updating, otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I would also recommend to the owner
