Services
Dr. John J. Park is a General Dentist who graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. In the fall of 1995, he traveled to Moscow, Russia with his wife Sandy to serve as the dental director of the Adventist Health Clinic. After returning to California, he and his wife were blessed with the birth of their first child, Corynna.
Park's wife is originally from Southern California. She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Nursing with a BSN. Sandy "retired" from nursing after the birth of their 3rd child to become a full-time mom of three. When Dr. Park started his solo practice in 2003 Sandy successfully orchestrated and managed his practice until she hired additional staff.
We are always available to talk with you: to schedule an appointment, answer any questions and/or address your concerns. If you are a PATIENT OF RECORD with an after-hours dental emergency please call the phone number listed below. Please make sure to leave a message. It is only when our Dr. Park receives your message that he can return your call.
At Oregon Family Dental it is our desire to provide you with the highest level of quality care while also working with a financial plan that best meets your needs. We accept & bill most insurance companies. We also contract with ODS (Delta Dental), Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oregon & Pacific Source and are preferred providers for these insurance companies.
Upon completion they will be electronically submitted to our office. Please make sure to read the NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICE, before signing the Acknowledgement Form. Your initial exam will last approximately 1 hour. At this visit we will use x-rays as well as a visual exam to diagnose any current dental problems.

This Is A Poorly Run Practice Maintained By Low Quality People. The Owner & His Son Can Be Heard Saying ‘Michin Gae’ Repeatedly, Which Translates Into ‘Crazy Dog’. They Are Either Referring To Their Patients Or Employees, Not Realizing Some Understand Korean. If They Are Not Happy, They Should Close Their Business Instead Of Subjecting Others To Such Cruel Verbal Abuse. If You Want To Be Around Garbage, This Is The Place To Be. No One Deserves To Be Called A ‘Michin Gae’.

Mr Dr John is really really MEAN. He has HIDDEN charge from my bill, at first my first examine could be free, I know it's impossible but he LIED, then he said would be 100 more, When I goto front desk, my bill is $200 more~!!! I discussed with him the bill and He looked unhappy and angry, it seemed to belittle his Dignity and Crown. He seems doesn't like me and in return I don't like to pay my balance first after it changed three times.

When we moved to the Eugene area three years ago, I needed a new crown and found OFD through Yelp. As other reviewers have said, Dr. Park has excellent dentistry skills and chair side manner. I am a wimp with pain and was surprised at how careful and painless my treatment was. Any and all questions were fully explained and all options presented.
Two additional features that make OFD a five star business are the facility design and the support staff.

Dr. Park and the hygienists are wonderful. They are very fast, yet thorough. They do a great job educating patients and the service is timely. I've never had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. I wish their front desk staff was the same quality as the rest of the staff. I was told, "I don't have time for you" as I was trying to schedule another appointment. She also is discouraged me from making an appointment for another family member...weird. She was too lazy to make change for a cash payment and insisted on crediting my account .40. I've seen this particular

Dr. Park is amazing! He is very confident & professional, at the same time he is SO gentle and caring. When he gives you shots you never see the needle and barely feel a thing! He always makes sure you are numb which I can't say about other dentists/oral surgeons I've been to. I don't have anxiety before going to see Dr. Park which if you know me says a lot about how great he is!

Dr. John Park has a very nice and compassionate personality. His quiet confidence assures you that you'll be taken care of. His dental hygienists are also very nice, very capable at what they do. This is a winning combination for anybody who is nervous or hesitant about their dental care treatment.

I recently began seeing Dr. Park as my new dentist and the owner of the practice. He filled 4 cavities in one appointment, which I was dreading. But not only was it quick, it was painless! It's a dentist... Just gone for cleanings and a few fillings. Dr. Park is gentle and nice, but I've only had him do a few fillings. The value of a dentist is probably measured in more invasive work and emergencies perhaps. One of the hygienists takes care of my cleanings and it is fine, no complaints.
