Dr. Moon and his staff are amazing! We visited his office when we were in the planning amd comsult phase for my oldest son to get the best course of treatment that was minimally invasive. We got a wide range of treatment plans amd were unsure of which one to go with. Our last stop was to see Dr. Moon for his opinion. Right away I felt comfortable with his demeanor. I was a former patient of the practice before Dr. Moon took over so it was worth checking out for my son. He was the only orthodontist that gave reasoning and explanation behind his recommended course of treatment. Before we even left

I was originally with H2O orthodontics and ended here since Dr. Moon started with H2O before taking over. He is great!! So incredibly friendly and helpful. Out of all of my experience in orthodontics, he is by far my favorite. I did the suresmile ortho (my 3rd time in braces) as an adult. I had major jaw surgery and because of that I was extremely worried about they type of retainer I would have. He gave me both the permanent and clear plastic to use as the "belt and suspender" approach. I am so happy he listened to my concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Moon's for about 8 years and I cannot say enough for him and his staff. I had an extreme case that involved having surgery which resulted in my upper and lower jaw needing to be broken. Throughout the whole time I was under Dr. Moon his staff made me feel right at home with friendly smiles and great patient interactions. Now I have a great smile and I am so thankful for Dr. Moon and his excellent crew!

Dr. Moon and his staff are courteous and knowledgable. They provided a clear explanation for their recommendations. Together we discussed the goals of treatment and level of invasive procedures that were acceptable. I very much felt that Dr. Moon listened to my needs and concerns in this process. His team is great and always get me back to start my appointment right on time.
