Services
This can be anything done to correct imperfections in the appearance of the mouth. Anyone who is unhappy with their smile can have it fixed. The upper teeth show, usually, only when smiling, while the lower teeth remain hidden. This is reversed when talking, with the upper teeth remaining hidden while the lower teeth show.
Step 1 - The doctor examines your teeth and determines the appropriate dental treatment to be performed. The dentist will need to see if you need a full dental crown or simply a dental filling. If a crown is necessary, the doctor prepares the affected tooth for the procedure. Decay is removed from the tooth and any infected tissue.
Q: Which type of toothbrush should I use? A: The brand of the toothbrush is not as critical as the type of bristle and the size of the head. A soft toothbrush with a small head is recommended because medium and hard brushes tend to cause irritation and contribute to recession of the gums, and a small head allows you to get around each tooth more completely and is less likely to injure your gums.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, with hours that can accommodate most any schedule. I am new in Payson and actually enjoy going to the dentist. Found Alpine Family Dentistry and give them a 10 in all aspects of care. From my first call to coordinating getting them the paperwork to get my dental records, clearing my dental coverage to sitting in the chair for my exam and cleaning. Super happy experience. The equipment is modern or up to date. What I'm getting at it doesn't feel like you are going to the dentist from the 80's or 90's. Dr Christian was clear and specific as to what he saw in my mouth, Nicole was pretty spectacular as well with listening and explaining. The cleaning

Dr. Alexander has performed 2 major services for me as I am a new patient. One was an implant and the other a crown. I was nervous and uncertain of his skills but he came highly recommended. I can tell you first hand that he is an excellent dentist. He is a perfectionist in his field and very gentle. He put me at ease on both procedures and I have never felt more comfortable going to the dentist till now. Thank you!!

Recently I have had a cleaning, one wisdom tooth extraction and one tooth's old filling removed after discovering a large cavity underneath... resulting in a root canal and a crown. No pain. Excellent expert treatment. Friendly doctor & staff. They communicates well during the procedure and afterward about what needs to happen. The Office staff are excellent about handling the insurance options. Very much a pleasant experience - for visiting a dentist. I will continue to go here.

This was my first visit for treatment at Alpine Family Dentistry. I was very pleased with everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist. They took particular attention to make certain that I understood what would be done and the cost involved. Since I required extensive treatment, they provided detailed costs and options. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

My daughter, husband and I go here. Shelley is our hygienist and we love her. She cares about us personally and does a great job cleaning our teeth. My daughter is excited to get her teeth "tickled" by her every 6 months. Dr. Alexander also cares about his patients and does thorough job. The office lady was very helpful and I was seen on time.

It turned out I needed a deep cleaning...not surprising since it had been quite a while since I had gone to a dentist. The staff and Dr. Alexander are all just the best people to have working on your teeth. Very good experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing an excellent dentist office.

Going to the dentist is never anyone's favorite thing to do but I have to say the staff at Alpine are great. They really run a very professional and clean facility. Felicia did my cleaning and I must say it was excellent. I would highly recommend others to give them a try. Dr Alexander has a gentle and relaxed way about him. I also like the fact that they seem to continually update and stay on the leading edge of technology.

I have been going to Alpine Family Dentistry for nearly five years for my twice yearly cleanings and exams, and I have always found them to be excellent. My most recent visit, however, was much more substantial in nature as Dr. Alexander performed an extraction and dental implant, and fitted me with a new crown (separate procedures). For the amount of work that was done I was amazed at how smoothly everything went and how little discomfort I experienced. Dr. Alexander and his assistant took great care before, during, and after the procedures, and I could not be happier with the result. Well done

This dentistry office is always courteous and cheerful. The doctors and dental hygienist have have regularly handled my dental needs in a caring way. They explain procedures and answer questions openly. Probably no one likes to go to the dentist, but this group provides an atmosphere of calm and comfort for me. I highly recommend Alpine Family Dentistry.
