Oak Creek Apartments

Do NOT move into this Apartment. After moving out, management charged me for almost my entire deposit when there was minimal damage. The summary that we were sent with our return had multiple charges that did not need to be done, as well as over charging for other repairs when they have openly told us that most of the items they use are cheap and inevitable to break. The things that I had been charged for are the same things that they do to every apartment as they are renovating them. They took my deposit so they could renovate the apartment to charge more money from the next person moving in.

Every thursday there is leaf blower right outside my bedroom window at 9am. weed whacker, lawn mower, whatever they need. yard maintenance is important but people sleep here. you can’t start maintenance at 11, or even 10? after most of the world is moving?
also on yard maintenance — there are fleas everywhere. we’ve never had flea problems before but now we absolutely cannot get rid of them because they are everywhere outside and management won’t treat the grass.

My wife & I just moved here and absolutely love it. The management welcomed us feel like family & the paperwork process was super simple & done online. Maintenance is friendly, professional, and efficient. Complex is peaceful, clean, and well maintained and our apartment is well designed and spacious. Very satisfied with our new home

Over the last few months my experience here as been better than before. The maintenance staff is amazing and the manager McKenzie has been super helpful and patient and trying to help as best as possible it's helpful to have people trying to help! I appreciate them very much

I have lived here for the past year. I love it here. Life's been particularly chaotic nad being able to come home nad not have to worry about safety or where I can walk my dogs has been a real blessing. The management is ON POINT daily! I can call them any day with stress or concerns I've even called about personal issues. They ALWAYS come through! By the end of the conversation I'm left feeling resolved and stress free! I love calling this place home! They take care of you here! And there is a fun assortment of birds to watch if you're into that sort of thing too. Life is peaceful here. Especially

Just moved into oak creek and it is amazing. The updates really made a world difference and really tie this place in with the inside. I have lived in a few apartments before this one and not a single one actually cared about their tenants. These guys are on top of it! Thank you!

The management staff go above and beyond to make everything about living here amazing! McKenzie and Drew are fantastic, as well as the guys that keep up the grounds and help with the little repairs that keep day to day life uninterrupted! I Recommend this place if your looking for a nice, and quiet community to call home.

I’m a past tenant and I just can’t get over how much I loved this community. McKenzie the manager was always so helpful and maintance fixed any issues same day! I’m gonna miss living here in this beautiful community.

My move in here from out of state was wonderfully simple, never had an easier, smoother process. Drew, McZenzie & Rachel were so attentive & quick to respond with all of my questions. Drew even brought my online-ordered mattress up to my apartment bedroom when it arrived before I did! The complex is well-maintained: no trash lying around, clean & manicured & beautiful trees & greenery. The kitchen appliances are updated, & there is ample natural light in the apartment. If you're looking for a lovely home in a quiet part of the city, a short drive to all the fun & shopping, & appreciate many trees
