I lived in the complex for 9yrs, moved out for 1yr, and came right back! My son has grown up here, and this complex is perfect for him and his friends. The pool, the basketball court, and the huge grassy areas are ideal for keeping them physically occupied and outside! The property manager Valerie is so helpful and kind, and issues with maintenance are always addressed quickly. This is definitely a great place to live.

I have lived at Silverado Apartments for 17 years. I have lived in an upstairs and downstairs apartment and have had a good experience with both. I have had the pleasure of having Valerie for my manager for all 17 years. She is easy to talk to and is knowledgeable and great at her job. If there is ever a problem with your apartment she has maintenance working on it right away. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. If you are looking to live in an apartment in Ramona come join our neighborhood 😊

It's a friendly community with great on-site management,
Valerie is a big part of keeping it this way. If I have a legit issue it's handled in timely manner. Maintenance is responsive and the landscaping is always regularly done.
It's nice to know that a new property company has taken over and there going to do the improvements that the last company was jut terrible at that and has left a few critical work and safety issues that need addressing. Over all I give 7 outta 10 because of multiple revitalization need done on this property a 10 outta 10 for on-site manager a 9 outta 10 for being responsive

We have lived at Silverado for about two years. The property is cleaned up every day and I have had nothing but great experiences with the Manager Valerie. She has handled any of my work orders/needs immediately. Maintenance is great, but I haven't needed them much, which is a great thing! It's a close nit complex and everyone is pretty low-key. No loud music, no partying or drama. Just families trying to live life. I love all the grass areas and landscaping. Makes it feel even homier looking outside to trees and grass and not just parking lots or other apartments.
