I believe Valle Del Sol is a great apartment building if you're new to Ramona. Their pool is very convenient during the summer and the residents are friendly. The gate will remain closed, and only accessible for residents only. I love the fact that they're so close to Albertsons and all the other businesses oh, it is definitely in walking distance to everything Ramona has to offer

Been here 5 months and have had no issues. Then the fridge started making weird loud noises. Talked to the on site manager, Caroline I believe, and she had maintenence at my door in honestly 5 minutes. Maintenence guy was awesome too. Showed real knowledge and even going as far as to explain the problem causing the noise. The problem was resolved almost immediately. Thank you both.

What I thought was a good place to live turned into a nightmare I've been being terrorized by another tenant for almost 6 months now from threats to beat me up to throwing my clothes in the dumpster from the laundry room the building manger claimed there is nothing she can do and all the police said was to get a Restraining order which I am in the process of doing

I like the place. The apartments look nice and clean. They aren't expensive. The management isn't bad at all since the manager is very professional. I didn't give it 5 starts because I have two complains: the laundry room has only 4 really old, not working washers and dryers and the neighbours that smoke below our window that our whole apartment is filled with whatever she is smoking. All in all, it is not a bad place considering the price.

My wife and I had our first apartment here. Caroline was our manager the whole time and we are truly sad to have to leave. If we could stay we would. We love Caroline and our apartment. The community is clean and well maintained. Maintenance is always friendly and helpful. We actually had two different apartments here during our time and neither one had any pest problems. We are truly going to miss it. And Jonsie (our puppy) is going to miss Caroline and her treats too. Honestly, I’ve lived in so many places in my life. If you need a quiet and comfortable clean and affordable apartment in Romona

Only move here if you enjoy waking up to cockroaches in bed with you. This place is a nightmare, they never disclosed there was a roach problem when I moved in. Of course they can always happen in an apartment but it shouldn’t be this bad.
Also, There is only four washers for the whole complex and the dryers never work. you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside, the windows are very thin and also rattle at the slightest bump. This is the worst place you could ever move to.
OH and on a hot day, go outside and check the sidewalks before they clean them up...Underneath the chairs by the grill

We are fair raters...My husband and I lived here for one year. It seemed great at first. Roaches were expected in an apartment complex. They were everywhere the second day we moved in. Crawling on us in our sleep. Dozens in the kitchen. The manager said they would treat for them. It wasn't much longer that another incident with the upstairs neighbors happen. They were very dirty people and ended up moving out and throwing out all of their furniture complaining of bed bugs. We ended up getting them at our place. Not only did they not put us up somewhere to treat for them which was a 3 week process
