Friends Tommy Lee, George Maniatis, and Dean Stamoulis had a vision that North Main Street in downtown Worcester deserved a classic, stylish, yet comfortable stop for breakfast and lunch. Largely fueled by the relocation of the Worcester District Court to North Main Street, this vision quickly became a reality when Tommy, George, and Dean began construction of Garden Fresh Courthouse Cafe in the summer of 2007.
The Courthouse Cafe is known largely for its Mediterranean inspired dishes all created by Lisa. Many of the menu items are made with recipes dating back to Lisa's late mother, Alice George, and are cherished dearly within the family. In addition to our breakfast and lunch menu, we are proud to have become a favorite of local businesses around town for our business catering options.

An assortment of boars head freshly sliced deli sandwiches and more. Including roast beef, turkey, ham, Italian, tuna fish & chicken salad, hummus & tabouli, and fresh mozza. Our catering menu is a simple guide to what we are able to provide. We at Courthouse Cafe have the ability to cater all occasions, from appetizers and hor 'd oeuvres to main dinners and desserts.
The Courthouse Cafe offers a very affordable location for private functions. We offer our entire Cafe for private parties, meetings, gatherings, rehearsal dinners and showers. Available seven days a week, our facility can accommodate up to 80 guests for dinner and more for cocktail receptions. Our front room transforms into a fabulous stage for your favorite band and our setup options are unlimited.

Food is delicious. But I hate that they won't personally deliver unless the order is $50 or more. That's money hungry imo. They have door dash services but I wanted to pay with cash, not card. Who would ever want $50 worth of takeout unless it's between a large group of people?🤨 The food was only going to be for me and my 3 year old toddler😕

Excellent food & service here always! Employees are extremely friendly & can keep up with the fast paced environment. Whether you're interested in breakfast, snacks, or lunch specials, Garden Fresh has something for everyone. Delicious sandwiches, hot soup, yogurt parfaits, sweets, they have it all here. Plenty of seating available, very cool & comfortable atmosphere. Clean restrooms for customers. ATM available. You can see right into the kitchen area where they prepare your food fresh. Never a long wait. Everyone here is very pleasant & welcoming each time you visit. Even when it's been awhile

Have been here several times now between busy and slow.
Staff: Very friendly even when busy, can be a little short but understandable when sooooo busy.
Food: Typical cafe food lots of different options and specials, I like their breakfast good portions and good price.
Location: if live in Worcester or work great place to grab a quick bite.
Over all great diner experience with good food and nice staff.

This was our first time here and it's a really nice spot for breakfast or lunch! First and foremost, the staff are so lovely and friendly, so expect to be greeted with smiles all around. The menu is huge, but it looks like they have breakfast and lunch specials to help with your decisions. We got the avocado breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito. The food is exactly what you would expect from a local greasy spoon, and is reasonable for the price of the food. The potatoes that came with the breakfast burrito were either not well heated or had already cooled by the time it got to us, and had
