Cafe 641
Cafe 641 was founded in 2013 by Matt Landry. Matt is credited with Cafe 641's beautiful layout and floor design. Matt's wife was a Librarian. The Cafe was named "641" because the number 641 in the Dewey Decimal System signifies the category: Food and Drink. Husband and wife, Chad and Henny Champeon bought the business after Chad ran the Cafe as it's General Manager for 6 months.

Chad has transformed the menu, to include a Kid's Menu, improved operations by adding additional equipment and a second, more efficient POS system, further improved the ambiance by adding fresh flowers, introduced Catering and Delivery. Chad continues to put his heart and soul into making Cafe 641 the go-to eatery for Hudson residents and surrounding Towns.

Love this place. There’s plenty of designated parking behind the cafe on a side street and some street parking if you’re lucky enough to nab a space. I get their dark roast with a shot of hazelnut or a seasonal shot of pumpkin or gingerbread- so yummy. It’s a chill place to come and the service is fast.

I asked if they can make avocado toast even though it wasn’t on the menu and they said yes they could.
Asked for it on sourdough and I ended up with an unripe cut in half avo sandwich on white bread…. Not even mashed up with salt and pepper as indicated; most bizarre attempt at breakfast I’ve ever encountered! Also waited a 1/2 hour for it.. just say no that you can’t make something to spare someone’s time..

Had a coffee (oat latte) and reviewed the food selection. There wasn't anything exciting for vegans but they do sell gluten free bagels, for those interested. The latte was OK but it wasn't incredible (5 out of 10). I'm sure I'll go again, but I'm not rushing to get back.

I wanted to love this place but quality and flavor was not there. I purchased a breakfast burrito and French toast. Both bland and mediocre. The hash browns were undercooked and needed salt. The French toast was dry and cold. Definitely not worth the $40 I spent on a burrito and French toast.

The customer service was good and maybe I'll go back for coffee. Actually, I'll pass. I mean how can you screw up hash browns?

A cafe that will make you think of simpler times. With the uniquely painted floors, interesting lighting and piano music playing, you'll feel cozy and comfortable. Bring a book or your laptop and enjoy delicious food made fresh. From handcrafted sandwiches to crepes to salads there is something here for everyone. If you're not hungry you can quench your thirst with an ice coffee or warm up with a hot tea. Whatever you do keep track of time because one can easily escape reality here for several hours. Parking is tricky on the street as there are other popular restaurants nearby, but if you're willing

We swing by here for baked goods and coffee with our young sons once a week or so. The cookies and muffins are great, the ambiance is cozy, and this is a really terrific part of Hudson’s bustling downtown. Looking forward to one day sitting down for food (when the boys are old enough to actually sit down for more than 45 seconds!).

Coffee was fine. Bagel sandwich left a lot to be desired but their breakfast burrito was good. One person working ruined most of the experience. Told us stuff wasn't ready without checking after we'd been waiting a long time even though it was on the pass behind her. Rolled her eyes and sighed a bunch when asking for a fork. And I can't imagine keeping your phone stuffed in the front of your pants leads to good food hygiene practices

Food is just okay. Wait times are long. They are very slow. Took us about 35 minutes to get our breakfast!!! Toast was burnt too. We did not even bother to re-order

Great environment all around. Very welcoming with lots of cool artwork, and seating. There's bar seating, tables, and a lounge area (my personal favorite). Very nice employees with great menu selection. Love this place!

We really like this place- food is good, and have great chocolate croissants
But the service and time to get food has been terrible- took an hour for 3 sandwiches and two teas. The lady who took our order over the phone was very dry and not at all kind. Very confusing to wait so long when there were only 4 other people in the restaurant... may be looking for a new breakfast place

I love this place! I come here all the time on my commute to work, and they know me and what I like, so I get my orders quickly with great quality.
Lots of people on here agree, too! Some of the lower star reviews confused me a bit. I mean, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but some people just seemed entitled. I’ve never had any of those issues with food, service, etc. For the most part, they always make it exactly how I like it, and the very very few times it wasn’t how I wanted it, they fixed it for me free of charge with no problems. They would do that for anyone who is a mature enough

Great place! Wanted to try something new to support a small business during tough times, and I felt like Starbucks and Dunkin's started to get redundant, so I went here instead. The coffee was great, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s got that friendly, community feel that large corporate chains tend to lack these days. Highly recommended!!

Very cozy, inviting and relaxed atmosphere. Food is delicious, plentiful, and presented nicely. I had the Southwest Chicken Crepe. It's just big enough to not need another meal, but not too heavy to need a nap afterwards.
Don't forget you can park in the back and come in through the back door...

One of our most loved places in Hudson!

Glad they added oat milk as a milk option for their lattes and hot chocolates. This made a huge difference for us since we are trying to reduce our dairy consumption.

Also over the last year or so, they have considerably reduced their mistakes in orders.

They will also accommodate your preferences in what kind of toppings are going into your pancake or wrap.

Really love having lunch at Cafe 641 so relaxing and flavorful. They have a range of choices from soups, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. They also offer breakfast and coffee too. Great little cafe with cozy places to sit and enjoy whatever your choices. Reasonable prices, clean and the Staff is always friendly and ready to take your order. So if in the area make sure to drop in and check it out.

If you're local, download their app. It's totally worth the rewards.

If you don't know what to get, the Dewey is always a good option. Otherwise, there is plenty to pick from on the menu.

Also, they have a beer and wine menu now for adults. (Maybe not in the morning, unless you're hankering for a mimosa)

Their cold brew is really good, but they do make espresso and tons of different flavored coffee and lattes.

Located right off Main Street, there's no designated parking, but there is street parking and parking in the lot behind the fire station not too far away by

This place was great!
We stopped by on a day trip and they had plenty of options. The staff was super nice and the place was super clear. There was a bit of a delay for our food but everything is made to order.
I got the chicken pot pie in a bread bowl and it was outstanding. They also have booze which is great. Try the spiked pumpkin latte.

We stopped here on a road trip from Maine. I had the 641 burger, my fiance had the chilli burger, and our friend had a chicken wrap. Everything was decent but nothing good enough to make me want to go back.

Pros: The burgers were cooked incredibly well, just the right amount of pink.

-The bathroom was incredibly clean.

Cons: I shouldn't pay $14 for a basic bacon cheeseburger with a 20oz soda and a bag of chips. First off - the burger was good but nothing great. 2nd a burger should come with fries, not chips - that comes off as a gimmick to increase profits. If I wanted a bag of chips
