Lisa was very rude on the phone. I called to ask a question about a new table I assembled that was causing a lot of vibration and if it might be something with the table or a machine problem. I called and asked to speak with a tech but she wouldn't transfer me stating that they were not available. I asked if there was a better time to call back and she said no - they stay busy - I mentioned I had a question about a machine and she said they would only help for $95 an hour starting from the time they leave the shop and that they would come out to the machine. I am not sure that my issue warrants
