I called the store to inquired about the repair service after diligently comparing businesses. I read that Lukes’s would do a maintenance for $29.95 with the coupon, which I found was great provided I have a brand new Singer Brilliance machine that just needs to be tuned up. I was having problems with bottom stitches being bunched when I sew. (Tension) I traveled from Hyde Park to Springdale only to have the sales lady (who is the only person that works with people primarily interested in sewing clothing). who never once said anything about the $29.95 but insisted on $149.99 service and of course

This is why we like to support small business! Recently got a sewing machine that was 50+ years old and in rough shape, and the wife and I couldn’t get it running correctly. I brought it in to Luke’s this afternoon and figured I would just need to drop it off for servicing, but Alexis was a huge help and decided to just give it a quick look to see what it needed. She was able to get it running just fine in 15 minutes, and since no actual repairs were needed they didn’t even charge! I will be bringing it back next week for a full servicing, and definitely use Luke’s for all other sewing

Brenda did a wonderful job of educating me about my Viking embroidery machine. It was purchased during the pandemic when there was no in person training. I was very frustrated trying to teach myself. Today Brenda started with the basics. I will sign up for more classes with her.

My husband searched for a new sewing machine to surprise me. I wanted to learn free motion quilting and needed a machine with a large throat. He searched on line, found the Janome Continental M7, and that Luke’s Sewing Center carried them in stock. So, he called on a Sunday thinking that he would get recorded information. To his surprise Genevieve answered the phone and spent considerable time talking to him about the Janome Continental M7. It turned out to be well worth the 3-hour drive to get my new Janome M7!! Genevieve was enthusiastic, fun, easy to talk to

I have had a relationship with Genevieve at Luke's Tri-County for 3 years now and love the education and support. Recently, I have worked with Alexis and Ann in purchasing my second embroidery machine from Luke's Tri- County. It was a wonderful experience. They listened to my needs and answered my questions and we found the perfect machine! Alexis then scheduled me to do a Zoom call with Educator, Brenda, to learn my new machine. Its hard to even explain the unbelievable customer service that I received at Lukes Sewing Center. I was new to sewing and Genevieve guided me every step of the way in choosing just the right machine for me. She really listened to me and I was surprised at how important my purchase was to her. She really valued me, not just my business. Not only that, but they have continued to train me (free of charge, included in the machine purchase) on everything from machine operation to embroidery.
