Skyline Plaza

Skyline Plaza Management, desk clerks, employees and resident volunteers provide a variety of services and activities to help make living at Skyline Plaza comfortable, enjoyable, hassle-free and safe.

The Management Office is located adjacent to the lobby off the North Gallery and provides a variety of services to the residents including: move-in, reservation of the freight elevator, car registration, handling of complaints/problems, reservation of party and card rooms, security keys, garage openers and other items.The Skyline Plaza Front Desk is the hub of activity 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays.

Skyline Plaza co-owners elect the Board of Directors which establishes standing committees to assist in various aspects of its functions. They oversee the activities of the Community Manager to assure the upkeep of our common elements and the comfort and safety of residents, approve/reject contracts and major expenditures, and establish policies and rules in the interests our community.
