I dropped off a number of time sensitive DHL packages here last week. They were never scanned in, and sat in the office for a week (apparently no one who worked there wondered why DHL never came to pick them up). Finally I checked the tracking today and called them, at which point they expressed surprise that they were supposed to let DHL know that they had a pick up. Then they assured me that my packages would still arrive on time. They will not. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Total incompetence.
