This was the worst experience ever Tech came with no equipment to diagnose - had to leave and come back - was not professional at all - poorly dressed and poor hygiene - stayed for 5 minutes and then said "I cant help you, you need to go to Microcenter the local computer store they can help you" I paid for same day service upcharge $220.00 for absolutely nothing!!!! The worst Service ever....

Gene, the young man who came EXACTLY on time, ran up against some challenges. What I appreciated was (A) he was not afraid to call his company for help and (B) did not feel a need to bother me with the details. There was one point at which he thought one of my computers wasn’t working, but through trial and error he discovered I have a wall outlet that needs fixing!
Bottom line: yes! I would use them again!

I called Techs in a Sec because I had a blue screen when I came into work. They were able to send someone out that day to fix my problem. The Tech was here within 2 hours of my call. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He listened to my problem and what I had already tried to fix it. He then started work right away to resolve my problem. Once he had my computer up and running he then went the extra mile then made sure I was connected to my network. He was very kind and professional. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. I cannot believe they were able to get me up and going that day

We have been working with Techs In A Sec for over 10 years. They have always been great to work with. We have needed technicians in many US states, and Techs In A Sec have been able to provide us with professional technicians. Any problems, changes in schedules, and/or types of technicians they have been very accommodating. Our company has used Techs-in-a-sec many times over the last several years. We are a North American sales and service provider of medical equipment. When a technician is needed quickly, that has the training and skills required to repair electronic equipment, Techs-in-a-sec has never let us down. The technicians arrive on time, are courteous and professional. They are following all CDC guidelines! We will be using them again in the future!

Excellent company! We have 6 locations in several cities so its not pratical for us to have a dedicated IT person for each area. We call Techs in a sec when ever we need to have for of our users accounts setup or have a downed computer or phone. The last time we called they were able to cove to our Miami office within just a few hours and Becky was back to work a couple hours after that. They saved us from missing our payroll on a busy Holiday Friday. Many thanks guys.
