Brad and staff are absolutely first class in every aspect. The waiting area has lots of thoughtful touches but mainly You can count on getting treated right and get quality tires at a fair price. They also do alignments at an extremely good price. Lastly.... you can get local raw honey which is very delicious. I highly recommend Kelley brothers.

I ordered four tires a couple days ago and was told they were $144 a piece tax included. After being told to drop the vehicle off at 8:30 when they open nobody was there. When I went to pick up the vehicle the price went up to $662. When I asked the person behind the counter why it was so much she said they had to replace valve stems. I told her my valve stems were okay and I was just getting new tires. After talking to somebody she told me the new price was $626 after tax. I told her I was expecting to pay $576 tax included and guy told me he never said tax was included. They charged me a disposal

This was my first time buying tires on my own and I was so thrilled with my next-day experience at Kelley Bros Tire and Auto. I wasn't sure what was going to be the best tire for my car and use, and the receptionist helped me make the best choice. I liked that their website calculates the actual, out-the-door price of tires, installation, recycling, and tax. Mine was spot on. There was clear communication between all parties, and my car was well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for tires in the High Country. I cannot give this enough shop enough praise!

I've been here only twice to get my car checked out, but both times were quick and pleasant! The people who work here know what they're doing and listened to my concerns, and helped me to understand why my car wasn't functioning rather than just fixing it without explaining anything. Very helpful and kind people!
