Car heat wasn't working. Took it to them with the suspension that it was my heater core as the passenger floorboard was wet. I get a call saying there isn't anything wrong with the heater core but the other two things that were "broke" were "fixed". A week later, heat was still not working right so I took it back. Some wiring was wrong and it was "fixed" again. But it wasn't. Wasted $230 "fixing" my heat to find out that it was indeed a heater core. $1000 later, my heat now works. Do not recommend this place for anything other than simple fixes

I came here to have my axle replaced at a cost of $400. then I developed a transmission leak in my car, followed by the car struggling to go. I called them to report it and they said it wasn't their problem because "they don't work with transmission issues". So, I took it to a ford dealership and they confirmed that the job was done incorrectly, causing the leak and possibly causing permanent damage to my transmission. I then spent $1400 to correct this, and there is still a possibility that the transmission may fail in the future bc my transmission oil was black and had metal filings in it. I

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for an inspection. I've been trying to get an inspection for the last 2 weeks from this place, and every time I show up they tell me they don't have a bay available for my vehicle. Then when I try to call ahead or schedule in person for a future date, they tell me that they don't schedule inspections. Their process for inspections seems ridiculous and unprofessional. Considering I can't even get a simple inspection done, I will not be bringing my vehicle here for any other matters.

Went in for a free advertised oil change, all seemed to be fine until less than two months later (had not even been close to reaching the mileage on the sticker) when I checked the dipstick because my oil light came on and there was NO oil in my car. My engine light came on the next day, and now my engine is ruined because of a careless, incomplete oil change.

Coming from a long weekend in the Mountains, I had a with a flat tire that unfortunately wasn't repairable. They tried everything to get me back home. Went out of their way to call other tire shops around to locate what I needed. Even though they couldn't help me in the end, their staff was incredibly generous and helpful.

10 months ago my daughter bought 4 new tires and got an alignment. She kept her receipt. This week she woke up to a flat. Got the car towed to a place that was open after class (Mr.Tire) who told her her front two tires were shot. We replaced them. I had her find the receipt and check the warranty. 1 year or 14,000 Miles. It's been 10 months and 12,000 Miles. She went today to Idol who said there was nothing they could do for her unless she brought them the tires. She went back to Mr. Tire, got her tires and brought them back. She was then told the fault was hers for not getting an alignment
