We have been "Making Friends by Accident!," for 19 years. Kim White has more than 40 years in the collision repair business, and his sons Josh and Jeremy have over 20 years of experience a piece.
We originally opened White's Collision Service in Dallas on Monmouth Cut-off in 2001 with one shop. Soon we out grew the building we were in and added one additional building. In 2005 we purchased our second shop in Independence. Later that year we had the opportunity to move into a brand new facility at the local Ford dealership with four times the space.

We have not 1, but 4 convenient locations for our customers! Our Independence location has the highest quality equipment and parts available, highly skilled technicians and dozens of great services. We are Making Friends By Accident! You don't need to bring your car in for an estimate, just file your claim and we will handle the rest.
Holland Collision Service in Silverton, OR is a division of White's Collision Service. What does that mean for you and your auto body repairs? We have an drive-in estimating office at 703 McClain Street, Silverton. Our convenience starts when you drive your vehicle inside our office, never even having to walk outside in the rain.
Getting the estimate was simple, convenient and professionally done. The repairs were done beautifully four days earlier than they had expected. The cost to me was 8% less than what they quoted! Wow! Not too often do you see a company provide more than what you expect and cost less. Then when I thought it couldn't be any better, my truck was sparkling clean from top to bottom and vacuumed.

N a world where mediocrity is the rule, and people are more likely to post a negative review than positive one, I think it is worth mentioning when a business does a great job.
I have a Chevy van that had a rusty bumper, a hole in the grill from hitting a pheasant, and the typical flaking paint that you see on Chevy vans. (The Super Geniuses at Chevy can't seem to fix this issue since it plagues several years of their vans.)
Whites fixed it all up on budget, on time, and everything was straight. The paint job looks great, and I felt like they treated my work van with the same pro service that

I brought my car in during the worst day of the fires. White’s was short-staffed, but they arranged a rental car, communicated with the insurance company, and made the repair happen. They have an amazing crew and we received text message updates on the status of our repair every day. You can’t go wrong with White’s.

I cannot say enough about Whites. They are amazing every time either me or my husband need to take our car in. Over the last 12.5 years we have had to have 3 different cars in for someone rear ending us, someone running a stop sign and totaling my car and my husband hitting a deer. Each time it is a stressful, annoying situation of no fault of our own really and Whites takes care of everything from getting us rental cars to working with our insurance.

I went to trade in my car, and to my surprise, they said an accident was reported,BEFORE I bought it. I checked my purchase paperwork and there was no report of an accident listed on the CARFAX. With Whites help, even during the Covid-19, they determined no accident occurred, saving me thousands. GREAT BIG shoutout to Nels and the team in Dallas!!!

The service here is stellar!! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept posted during the whole process. The repairs were done before the estimated time. They organized a rental car for us. It was a simple pain free process from start to finish. Now my car looks awesome. They even cleaned it inside and out! I would 100% use White's again and recommend it to my friends and family!

I had my window replaced in November of 2014, in June of 2015 the seal was coming off and the window had started to move, I called my insurance company and they said there was still a warranty I took it back and the work was poorly done, they didn't reset the window, they just rolled the seal back in and reglued it, there was glue still thick on the glass of the windshield and also on the top of my car, there were gaps under the seal. I showed up without an appointment and they gave me a free written quote to fix my truck. They did a detailed check of my truck and made sure there wasn't any damage we couldn't see. They quote and the insurance quote was almost a perfect match. They were so helpful, nice, and very professional!
I only gave them 4 stars because I didn't have any work down with them. I plan to but didn't. I know why would have don't a great job but I can't testify to that. So my review will only be 4 stars.
