JDS are my initials James David Shirley Jr., but ALL know me as David Shirley. I couldn't think of a better name for the business, than one with my signature (JDS) to guarantee everything we stood for. I was born in Ft Worth Texas in 1971 to deaf parents. Since I was the eldest, I was their ears and voice and had to translate for them most of my childhood.

National Lifetime Warranty is obviously Nationally. If your vehicle is repaired here and in 5 years you move to California and are having repair issues.
I just had an accident, what should I do? First, you will need report the accident to your insurance company. They will issue you a claim number, confirm your deductible amount and verify if you have rental car coverage. Advise your insurance company that you want JDS Collision to handle your repairs.

After a somewhat minor accident, Geico recommended this shop to perform the necessary repairs. Upon receipt of vehicle after JDS had it about 3 weeks, passenger door will not open from the inside, emergency braking system that should only engage when on ice kicks on at any hard stop, windshield is still cracked, passenger window has strange scratchy streak marks, and headliner is still covered in soda stains from accident. Only positive thing I can say is that the body work looks nice, though my vehicle which was in perfect condition prior to the minor accident is no longer reliable or even functional

Recently took my car there to get a fender bender fixed, appointments are maybe a month out but once it's in they get it fixed very fast. With everything said and done and fixed, it took about 1.5 weeks compared to Toyota collision which took 6 weeks. They have text updates on repairs and very easy process. Would definitely come again for any kind of scratch or dent.

I was rear ended and needed a lot of work on my Honda Odyssey to fix it. James Adams was great to work with and they did an excellent job. I was kept up to date on the progress the entire time and the job was finished on time from the first estimate. You can’t even tell anything ever happened, it looks brand new again.

My truck looks good as new! Dropped my truck off exactly a week ago for a very deep scratch and significant dent. Communication was present throughout the entire process, and last but not least, they took the headache of dealing with insurance agents out of the process! Took my truck here for severe hail damage. All I did was drop it off and gave them the claim number they did it all. The easiest repair shop I have ever worked with. Got the truck back looking really nice and clean. They did a great job and kept me informed at all times. They sent text letting me know it was still on track with the due date. very pleased. I can't tell you how much I appreciate JDS Collison. I was in a wreck in Fort Worth Tx and they were there with in an hour to pick my truck. They kept me informed on everything the entire time she was there. They made it so easy!! The work they do is AMAZING!!! I am so pleased with everything!!!! JDS Collision repair was great from start to finish. They were extremely helpful with everything. Set up my rental car for me that day. Called me several times to let me know what was going on and kept me up to date. Had hail damage and a dent on my rear bumper. Got all of that fixed in a very timely manner. Will definitely go back if I'm ever needing anymore repairs.

JDS was simply amazing from arrival to departure. I took my mothers car there for repairs after a quarter panel area impact, a tough fix. Just saying thank you certainly wasn't enough for what JDS did for us when repairing our 2018 Challenger R/T Scat Pack. It was our 1st time having to take a vehicle to a collision center & we didnt know what to expect. The first recommended collision center left a terrible taste in our mouths, they were rude, with no communication, unkept promises … & ended up creating many more problems for something that should have been an easy/quick fix. JDS Collision repair is a superb body shop! My brand new Toyota Sienna has been driven for less than 5 month when it got rearended by a truck! It looks like Angie doesn’t like to go over the details of the repair with me when I went there to pick up my car. I know the replacement of my rear bumper cover is very easy. But I also want to know the details of the pre-scan and post-scan of my car. At last I just asked for the scan reports of my car. JDS Collision Repair is like no other collision repair shop. Scott Villegas went over and above for me during my recent visit. I went in for a wheel alignment and found out my tire rod was bent and needed to be replaced. He also discovered another problem that needed to be repaired, which I wasn't expecting. I've been unemployed for a while and I was concerned about cost. I asked Scott what I had to get fixed now, and what I could hold off on. It is always sour and unwanted circumstances that take someone to a collision repair place. It is a vulnerable and plain ol' "crappy" moment. However, I was glad that the personnel of JDS was close by when we had our accident. They were thorough in everything and professional in all interactions. I wouldn't hesitate for a second before recommending them again to anyone or using their services again (although, I hope I don't have to need them for a long time ).

Mannnn I dont know what kind of electromagnetic forces are gravitating cars toward my own but this season has been filled with crashes.
Two times, my car has been hit. Luckily they weren't my fault. And luckily, Ive had JDS Collision Repair for my claim inspection needs.

I cannot even express how helpful and friendly everyone at JDS was while my car was there. Someone hit my car and GEICO sent it here to be repaired. Not only was the service incredible but everyone I spoke to was patient and explained everything to me in a way that I could actually comprehend (I know nothing about cars). Daisy was so warm and answered all my millions of questions whenever I called. She was absolutely fantastic to interact with. My car smelled and looked amazing when I picked it up. I brought my car to JDS for some mishandled body work that was done at Caliber Collision. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but very pleasant as well. Everything was done ahead of schedule. I am so pleased with the results, especially after previous nightmares at other shops. I was thrilled to find out they were able to align my car as well.
