Wes spent 2 seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers G-League team the South Bay Lakers, working closely with VP of Business Operations Michael Harris, which was the opportunity of a lifetime. After his second season, he felt a strong attraction to the city of Beverly Hills and the potential opportunities it presented given the real estate knowledge he had acquired through his father.

After my free consultation with Wes I knew right away he is someone that I wanted to learn from. The call was unlike most calls I had, mainly due to his keen listening skills. He let me talk and although it sounds simple, I rarely have that experience. I was rushed and wasn't being led, he just patiently and compassionately accepted exactly where I was at that point in time, and it was truly refreshing. I've been working with Wes for about a year now and it's hard to describe how amazing my experience has been. If there is one word that can describe Wes it's "balance." Often I get too one sided or dominant in a specific category or viewpoint and he has a gentle way of helping me align myself. It is difficult to put into words the impact Wes has had on my life over the last year. I just recently moved to San Diego about a year ago from the Mid West and was really struggling emotionally, socially and financially. To say I lacked a support group is an understatement. I came across Wes by chance. I wasn't looking for a life coach but I was seriously looking at therapy. I was not necessarily in a life crisis but I have just been generally unhappy.
