Tim, Corey and crew have always gone above and beyond to do a great job, and on top of that are the friendliest people I've ever met. I've had a number of repairs over the last 5 years big and small from clutch replacement other major maintenance items to cosmetic noise issues. I have finally made the switch, from driving 30+ minutes to my dealership for automotive repairs to finding somewhere that's closer and whom I trust here in Fort Collins. I am impeccably happy with how generous Hawker Automotive is with shuttles, availability on when they can get my car in, and how honest they are. A car shop that will give it to you straight, look out for your best interests and earn your respect. Every time I bring my vehicles to Hawker's, the employees address my concerns as if it were my own and get to my vehicles promptly. I have never got the feeling they are taking advantage of my vehicle misfortunes. They will bring you to and from your house as well, which I appreciate. They will always have my business and I appreciate their integrity. This is the place you should feel comfortable sending your daughter or children and referring to friends/family.

When we moved to Fort Collins I checked out 5 auto places to work on my Yukon SUV. All 5 had estimates of 500 to 800 dollars of work that needed to be done and none of the estimates addressed the initial problem but stated various things. My neighbor said when he was out of town he told his wife to take auto problems to Hawkers. I took it to them and they addressed the problem for under 200 dollars. My youngest daughter was recently in the area for an out of town wedding when her car blew the A/C Compressor. Fortunately, our eldest daughter who lives in the area has used Hawkers in Fort Collins in the past and always received exceptional service. Best automotive repair shop on the front range! Hawkers is a fair, honest, and a reputable shop. What does honest look like? Well my dealer quoted me $1300 to repair my exhaust while my vehicle was in for a recall repair. I took my '11 Ford Escape to Hawkers and Cory invoiced me for $103.45!!! That's over 10x less than the dealer to fix my exhaust. This is why my vehicle only gets repaired at Hawkers! These guys are experienced auto pros, friendly, and you know you're getting a fair deal. Highly recommended for all your car needs. I took my car in for an oil change and they found a leak in my water pump. When I took it in for the repair, not only did they give me a ride to work, they picked me up as well! Everyone I have dealt with here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They don't push service on you that you don't need. In fact they encourage me to get the most out of my oil changes. Nicole is always pleasant when I come in or talk to her on the phone. I bought a car form a sleazy used dealership, which admittedly was my own fault. They offered a satisfaction guarantee. Well I wasn't satisfied when I discovered the Mustang GT I bought needed a second gear synchro. I have a background in mechanical engineering as well as being an automotive enthusiast. The dealership tells me to take it to their "mechanic". The guy drives it and even gets it to grind a few times going into second gear. However, he explains there is nothing wrong with the transmission and that will happen when you shift at high rpms lmfao. Amazing! I took the car

I switched over to Hawkers a few years back after I found out that Corey was working there. I had always had a great customer service experience when Corey was involved. Recently I had several things done on my daughters car (2002 honda civic) and got all issues resolved except the rattling noise in the front, so I returned to get them to investigate. My daughter, Emily Hill, had just moved across country to Fort Collins when her Yaris began making a screeching noise in the engine compartment. The serpentine belt had been replaced shortly before her move.
Hawkers was able to squeeze her right away. What a relief! Aaron expertly diagnosed the problem as one of a loose pulley and corrected it. We've been using Hawker for a few years now, and I can say without hesitation that they are incredibly honest, upfront and do great work. And, if the problem comes back with your vehicle, they make sure it's fixed at no extra charge. That's only happened once! I would recommend them highly. I find it is extremely hard to find an honest and fair automotive repair place, and this one measures up!

Hawkers Automotive is the best auto repair shop in Fort Collins as far as I'm concerned! They have always got me in fast. I recently had a major repair needed (catalytic converters) so I shopped around first. I should not have wasted my time. They still came in with the best price and when they fixed it the vehicle performed much better and ran perfectly. I will continue to use Hawker's for all of my auto repairs. Bill Hawker and his service team gets my highest recommendation!

I had an emergency with my RV and called to see if Hawkers might be able to help. I spoke with Cory who said to come by and he would look at the problem. Cory fixed the problem in no time at all and saved the day! I will tell all my friends about Hawkers and Cory as I know that they are knowledgeable and able to do a great job. Yeah, I found an excellent auto repair place in Ft Collins. Why is that so great, well both my kids go to school here and it is just impossible for me to help them with car repairs anymore.
Finding a great car repair shop is always tough. These guys are the best. I have talked to several of the staff on the phone while they where assessing and working on my daughters car. Very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable.
She was having some pretty major break issues. The brake place wanted $650 (front brakes only) to fix them up. Hawkers did it for $440. What is even better is they assessed the back
