My husband and I were first time home buyers and GHI Mortgage helped to make every step of the way easy and stress-free. They were even able to work with us when my husband, who is in the military, was gone on more than one occasion. Contacted this company after seeing there 3.75% apr with no fee for fha refi on bankrate.com and they sent me a fee worksheet showing I had to pay fees. I called them back and told them about there ad on bankrate.com but they wouldn't budge. Two weeks later they called saying they will do it at there original advertised rate with no fee, but I already found another company.

These guys approved our FHA loan and we pretty much had no problem purchasing our home. As first time home buyers it was nice to talk to easy going professionals who didn't pressure us. They worked well with my real estate agent and I really didn't have to deal with them much except for saving pay stubs and giving them my bank statements. Our home purchase was minimally stress free from GHI's involvement and I would refer them to friends and family. Thanks again Kristina and the rest of GHI

Fantastic job, very honest, hard working, very responsive and professional. I worked with Isabel, at GHI. I was looking to refinance my house. I'd checked with four other brokers, before contacting GHI. All of them said they couldn't help me. Isabel said she could help me and she did help me. If you want to waste your time, then GHI Mortgage is for you! My experience was very similar to Malinda G's. We had a preapproval with them, and two weeks after escrow had started, I get a call from the underwriter telling me they wouldn't approve us because we recently refinanced our condo. Mind you, this was Valentine's Day so me and my husband struggled to have a romantic dinner after hearing this news. We ended up going through another (BETTER) lender who was able to get us approved without us having to give up a pint of blood or our first born child-- which GHI was practically
