Horrible place to deal with, took item in and they said it would be ready in a week.
When I tried to call I found my number had been blocked, stopped in 6 weeks later and retrieved the new item that had been removed from original package item was dirty and full of scratches on the original finish.
Sorry I can't give 0 stars!

DO NOT USE ARC POWDER COATING!!!! I had ARC Powder Coating powder coat my trailer hitch for my truck in Illusion Blueberry and Black Metallic they quoted me around $350 and it took them 3-4 weeks to have it finished. When I went to pick it up they said my total was $450! When I brought it home I noticed they didn't match other parts I had powder coated elsewhere, so I took it back and they tried to powder coat again and it still wasn't correct and it took 3-4 weeks again, when they said 7-10 days. I tried to talk to Gabi about a refund or a partial credit so I could have it fixed elsewhere and

A set of motorcycle pipes were brought to ARC to get coated in black on May 11, 2021 only to receive them with flaking coating in multiple areas. When looked at by a certified Cerakote applicator, they immediately saw the shiny chrome underneath which is due to the pipes not being prepped correctly. When explained to ARC, they agreed to coat them again and said they

Arc is now owned by new owners. (About two years now) There is an obvoius learning curve still going on because this is the 3rd and last time I will use them. When you call the office the phone rings and rings. When they do call it was ...We missed a call from you??? DAAAA. I too had a challenge with serial numbers being painted over like another review. Its important to some of us who do quality work that these numbers are visible due to model and age of the item.
