Services
Our process is designed to accommodate most shapes and sizes of materials. Parts are run through a conveyorized iron phosphate pre-treatment system to prep and clean the material. This process insures that all parts are free from debris, and the surface has been prepped for the best adhesion. Unless all loose mill scale, rust, rust scale, old paint, or other foreign matter are removed, you are bound to have coating failure in a short time.
Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industries and consumers. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated.

Had my 10ft rv gate dropped off to only get it damaged by a forklift and lied to about what had actually happened and found out what happened by a yard employee witch was scolded for telling the truth (punctured and ran over with forklift), they raised the price to compensate what they had to pay in damages (overpriced in general) also kept being put off to be powder coated witch resulted in getting another hoa approval, when i received my gate to be installed at location i noticed prep was of poor quality highly doubt it was wiped down with acetone and blast shot was left on product before coating

Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed. On the other hand they were very helpful giving me 2 options of where to go. Either West or East. I was headed East so that is the solution I picked. Low & behold it worked. Thanks Gorilla Industrial!! If I ever need something powder coated you will be my first stop!

I very recently worked with the fine folks at Gorilla Industrial Coatings. The experience was AWESOME. From the very polite and helpful guys in the loading and unloading area to the team inside the office. I took my job to Gorilla based on a referral from Action Gate in Arizona and Bulldog Automation. I always look for referrals, They always work out for the best, as it did with me. Customer service was great, follow up was very timely and communications was equally great. I will update this review with pictures when my project is completed. If I can't update I will certainly write a second review

Dropped off a very small aluminum part (8" x 11" x 3/4") to be powder coated to be included with whatever color they had in the near future. I was shocked to get a bill for $150. When I asked them why so expensive they said their minimum lot charge was $250 but gave me a "break" by taking $100 off the bill. When I said they probably used only $1-$2 worth of powder to coat my part, April said "that's probably true but we have other expensed such as labor." How much labor does it take to coat a part that small? I felt that $50 or $75 would have been more appropriate, especially since I am a repeat

Please Stay away from this powder coat company. They will Lie about the prices, Over charge, say one thing and then do another. They miss spots of powder coating on jobs or projects and refuse to make it right or correct the issue. Also will refuse to take in work on Friday's because of laziness: "Quote we don't want to store your projects till next week" April- "(Super huge inconvenience if you spend the time to load up your stuff up and drive it to them)Even gets Better they just raised their prices to $250.00 MINIMUM. Please search Google there are PLENTY of other company's who will appreciate
