Since 1994 has been serving the valley by providing welding and powder coating services. Starting in 2007 we have opened our powder coating line to the public, powder coating all types of metal items from patio furniture, metal homegoods, components for automotive restorations and motorcycle customizations.
Expanding in 2014 our powder coat line to four separate batch ovens and two simultaneous spray rooms, for fast turnaround. We pay special attention to detail for key areas on all parts. We plug, tape and cap those areas that don't need powdercoat so the reassembly process is fast and easy. All projects alike, with any special attention required, will be met with 100% customer satisfaction!

We purchased our wrought iron furniture in 2006 and through the years and the outside elements it was time for a make over. I reached out Powdercoat IT and wow! I'm glad I made the call. The service and quality of work was awesome Josh and his team did a fantastic job on our furniture. Before going above the quoted work, Josh and his team reached out for approval. The team was very professional and really wanted to make the customer's priorities their own and they did.
Pricing was good, there were no hidden fees and the prices are very competitive.

We decided to have our old patio table repainted by Powder Coat It. We made a trip to their Tempe store to pick out the color and to arrange a pickup for our table. The entire crew was very helpful and professional about this job and we've had our beautiful table back a few days ago. We are thrilled with how it turned out! We chose Hammertone Bronze and our table now looks very contemporary. Upon our request they took the time to sand out imperfections in the metal before they powder coated it and our patio table looks brand new! I use BGB all the time!!! We deal with high profile customers and Josh, George and the crew have always knocked it out of the park for us @freeridebikeco. The quality is spot on and even when i have asked them to do what they think i even get more mind blown!!! The turn around times are always as stated and his quality is perfect!!! Terrible quality. The powdercoating job they did for me didn't even last a month before it started peeling. Complete disaster. Total ripoff. The other reviews don't accurately depict the quality of the work, which is EXTREMELY poor. I'd seriously think twice before using these guys for any power coating. Terrible experience. Go someplace else.

Josh and the folks at BGB are friendly and they get the job done.
BGB offer a wide selection of powder coat finishes and we found one that perfectly matched our front door. They sandblasted away the old paint along with some rust at the bottom, gave it a chemical etch to promote adhesion of the new paint, and turned the job around in a little over 2-weeks.
The only flaw was somehow the locking stile of the door came back dented and deformed which complicated re-installation of the latch; but that didn't stop us from getting the job done.
The refinished security door looks better than

Just picked up my parts ..quality was good...lead time was good....
But - color was not even close to what I had ordered and considering I paid a lot more than was quoted over the phone (because they stock very few colors and non standard colors drove the cost up 63%) - I am not happy.
The fix is to powder coat - on top of powder coat...and their quote to fix it...is more than I will happily pay elsewhere.
They may do a good job on your parts....but be sure you get a color chip and a color guarantee. I learned the hard way.

I have an old wrought iron bench seat, that I have had for many years that I brought to Arizona with me, when I moved from California. It was old and rusty and knowing that I would want to keep this for more years to come, I searched for quality work, and that is what I found! Not only did BGB have the teal color that I wanted, the turn around time was awesome, it only took a week and they also delivered it to me, which was a huge help since I have a small car. I would recommend BGB Powder Coat It and I will continue to use them on my next project!

They did a fantastic job on my intake manifold and wheels that I needed powder coated. Josh was great to work with, and you cant beat the price and service. I would recommend getting your work done here. They were very quick, and they have lots of colors to choose from. I took my headers to a different place for ceramic coating which they also powder coat as well. They said it would take 5 days and it took 3 weeks. I hate when companies tell you a short time to get your business, then take forever. Not the case with Josh and his business. He is a man of his word. Thanks BGB.
