We have had many of our friends and family members comment about how intimidating it is to find a reputable automotive repair facility when they send their children away to school. I have recommended all of my friends to this business. They went above and beyond to help me. They were honest, professional, courteous and more than I could have ever asked for. As a single mom, I have always worried about taking my vehicle to a shop for repairs. From the second I spoke with Mr Warnock I knew he was a trustworthy man and I was in good hands. There isn’t another place I will go in the future. A-1 automotive has gained a lifelong customer for sure.

I have gone to A1 multiple times for diagnostics and repairs. The mechanics and front office are very professional and patient. The diagnostics have been spot on each time and the work was done in a timely and quality manner. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and we enjoyed some time chatting. At the end he even gave me a free t-shirt.

I had done business at this location under a prior name/owner several years ago. I received a mailer for a full synthetic oil change for $29.99, a great price, and one of our vehicles was due the following month. Staff was excellent. There was a delay due to a problem with their hoist, which they advised me about and had corrected in an acceptable timeframe. A couple day after service, they sent a follow up text to check in and a thank you card within a week - a rarity in the auto repair space.

Making an oil change appointment was super easy, great value, lady up front was very nice.
Had a minor issue with oil leaking from the plastic under tray after it was drained. I posted a review describing what happened and no joke within 30 minutes had a call from the shop manager (after business hours) offering to make it right. I took the car back in and the owner was there and also offered an apology and made it right. They cleaned all the leftover oil off the tray and under the car and got me back on my way quickly. A1 went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes happen all the time no

They saved me when I came out to a flat tire at the end of the day. They got me in on zero notice and patched my tire so I could get home. Super friendly and price was very reasonable, especially for what was essentially emergency service. My night would have been a complete mess if not for them. Amazing service.

A-1 aligned my sons car after we replaced struts and CV axles. Car drives great and straight now. Charged us the quoted amount. Finished on time. They quoted a bunch of other work but there was no pressure to complete that work. Overal good experience.

I contacted Curt at A1 Automotive to see if they could replace the old engine in my 1961 Chevy Impala, that I was having issues with. Initially I had some good service with these guys. I now will be looking for another mechanic.
My F150 started running rough and my "service engine soon" light started flashing. I looked it up in the owners manual and it said a "flashing" "service engine soon" light meant the engine was "miss-firing." I scanned it with my personal OBD code reader and got code P0306 "miss-fire cylinder 6."
I called A1 to schedule a repair. After I told him my "service engine soon" light was flashing he immediately said that is usually a timing

Great service and friendly staff. Our van's alternator went out and even though they were booked they managed to squeeze us in for a diagnosis that same day. The van was ready early the next morning. The location is very convenient for those of us who work downtown. They came highly recommended by friends who are regular customers. Used to go to Firestone until they messed up big time on our van, so it was nice to find a place that is more reliable and also located close to where we work!

Had my college student take his car in for air conditioning recharge and check paid $140 to put Freon in. Day later no air, so we took it back for another $200 plus in repairs. Next day same thing " no air ". Take it back again they tell me this time it will be $1300 and the Tech that worked on it in the beginning is no longer there , the one that should have diagnosed the real problem before I spent the $400 ish.
