Caution Predatory Practices. I had been coming her for a few years now as the customer service was good, prices where fair and they are really good about fitting you into their schedule.
I made the mistake of sending my wife here to get the oil changed. They quoted $200. Left with an $800+ bill. I called 3 dealerships to get estimates for the extra work that they convinced her that was need. The Mercedes dealer quoted $129 for the oil change and on the high end less than $500 for the additional work. I expected better. Y'all lost a customer today.

They employee’s there are honest and direct with what’s wrong. They do a great job and get the job done at a VERY timely manner and have very good communication with us the vehicle owners. We were driving through Nebraska on our way home to Pennsylvania when I noticed the battery gauge was in the red. We had just had a new battery installed before we left so that left the alternator… My husband called 2 or three Chevy Garages but they couldn’t fit us in until the following week. Finally looked up electrical engine repair and Auto Connection came up. When we called she said bring it right over.
Everyone was so kind and friendly. They were very sensitive to the fact we were stranded with our two dogs. They got our van in right away, ordered the alternator, but it couldn’t get

When my Ford transit’s alternator went out 12 hours before my vacation I was in quite the pinch. Fortunately, the staff at the Auto Connection helped us out and took care of the van while we were away.
Not only did they fix my alternator, but they found the source of the issue and did additional testing on my computer to ensure there was no damage there. They also fixed the drainage system that caused the problem in the first place so it wouldn’t happen again.

This place is awesome!! I never talked to them in person. They took the time to tow my car in. Didn’t had to pay the towing guy since it was in service. They checked in on me while I was at work to give updates. Car needed ac hose fixed, coolant flush out, and tire rotation. All for a grand total of only $650 including towing. I’m
