Kristy S. Dameron, earned her B.A. in Psychology at The University of Maryland, Baltimore County and has spent nearly fifteen years working in the hearing business.
Her career began on the administrative side of a prominent audiology practice. Later, she went on to be trained and fully licensed by the Maryland Board of Examiners in the practice of dispensing hearing aids. After spending several years in a corporate hearing aid sales setting, she decided that her talents could be better utilized by starting her own business and bringing her skills directly into patient's homes.

Kristie is absolutely fantastic! She came to me, tested my hearing and found the perfect hearing aids for me. I work retail, with lots of background noise, and can finally hear when someone talks to me. AND understand what's being said! No more garbled noises. I would recommend her to anyone who thinks they have a problem.

I’ve had the best experience ever choosing Hear Right Here! First of all Kristy, the owner comes right to your house at your convenience. Everything is done right there, from your first ear impression to receiving your hearing aide. Everything was very smooth. I feel like a made a really good decision picking Hear Right Here for my hearing aide need and I’ve also made a really good friend. Kristy is so professional at her craft but also makes you feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed the time she was in my home fitting me for my hearing aide. All my questions were answered.

I am so happy with the products and services provided by Kristy with Hear Right Hear. She is really responsive, easy to work with, and knows her products. She comes to the house and adjusts your hearing aide based on the sounds/noise around you so you know it's adjusted to your routine life. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing hearing aides. She's the first person you should call!
