It was earlier in the 1970's when Philip went to his first estate jewelry show in New York City and was introduced to the art and design of exquisite pieces. Phil and Bill are nothing but professional. I have been going to them for 6 years now, with different needs. They have set my wife's diamond into her ring years ago (and have since resized it), sold items to me, etc. Recently, they resized my grandfather's wedding band that was given to me. When I picked it up, it was resized perfectly. The modification was not noticeable at all! They even took the time to buff and polish it for me. The diamond was also a little loose, which I did not notice. They took the liberty to secure it a little better in its setting. Didn't notice or ask them to do this

I will NEVER go back or recommend this jeweler to my neighbors, family or friends. This so called gentleman at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was hoping to give my business to a small business owner of my community and was VERY disappointed with the service and attitude. I was looking to purchase a beautiful gift for my Mother and he lost out!

EXTREMELY UPSET! TOOK my rign in to be reshaped. I had worn it for a while an it lost it's shape. However prior to bringing it to MORGANS it had sat in my drawer for a very long rime! Now my ring is Sterling Silver and had become very tarnished . I got bk to MORGANS to pick up ring and a few other things I had dropped off. First 2 items from 3 months ago not even looked at!! However my rings not only got Reshaped and polished BUT THEY POLISHED THE COLOR THAT SURROUNDS THE RING COMPLETELY OFF!!!!!! THEN tried to blame me and ask how did it get so dirty its tarnished not dirty. He looks at the ring

I called about a watch repair. The man on the phone was super nice 🙂. I drove over to their shop and they fixed my watch good as new. I've never been treated better at any jewelers than Morgan's. I'd go back there if I was going to buy a new watch or jewelry. Absolutemente.. an enthusiastic five stars!!!

I just got engaged yesterday and needed my ring to be a smaller size, read great reviews about Morgan’s and stopped in today to see what they could do. Phillip took every precaution to make sure my ring was in good hands and he was able to resize it within 2 hours for a very affordable price! He made sure I felt safe to leave my new engagement ring there and my ring fits perfectly and looks like it was never even touched! I recommend Morgan’s to anyone that is nervous about jewelry repairs. Thank you so much!
