Dr. Iskander and his entire staff are the absolute best! PLEASE know that all implant providers are not equal! I thought that if that’s all they do, they must be good at it...not so. I had full upper arch (all on 4) implants by a different provider and it was a disaster, start to finish. I had to pay 100% in ADVANCE (first RED FLAG that I ignored) I was forced to keep going in hopes that I would be happy with the final implants. When that day arrived, I was devastated at what I ended up with! I went to Radiance Dentistry and saw Dr. Iskander just to see if they could be re-made. Once he examined

On the day of operation. The office was clean as usual ; I was welcomed and greeted well. The crew were ready to work. Doctor focused on accuracy and my comfort. He drilled and reviewed progress simultaneously. He showed integrity in his work. I felt no pain nor discomfort ( no control over drilling sounds and smell). Post operation instructions were delivered properly. Doctor explained and demonstrated results of his work . After 3.5 years as a implant (all on 6) patient, I am still 100% satisfied with the entire staff at Radiance. My teeth look and feel better now than they ever have! And the best part? No more dental pain. Period. Going in for periodic cleanings is actually relaxing, NOT stress inducing!

I researched for years and was initially hesitant to get implants. It was a big investment, and I also have a lot of bone loss. I was quoted different prices, and some couldn’t commit on a fixed price by other dentists, even the ones who advertise heavily. Dr. Iskandar took one look at my x-rays, gave me a price, and that was it. I had lower and upper arches done, and he did some magic with my implants. Definitely one of the best dentist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for implants. The staff are always kind friendly professional and helpful. I waited 2 years to make sure that my implants would last before I placed this post. Now I'm on my third implant and very happy with the quality and expertise of Radiance Dentistry. Make sure you get to your appointment on time because they are very efficient and punctual. 🙂 I would have to wait 30 or 45 minutes at my other dentist appointment. Dr. Ishkandar and his staff are very caring. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I had all my teeth pulled and permanent Dentures put in. The process was so easy. They are very gentle and are very conscientious of their patients every need. I love this practice. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing dental implants
