I cannot say enough good things about SoSo Cycles. The showroom was immaculate and the bikes were well presented. Lennon was the salesperson we worked with and it’s clear he’s doing a job he loves. Throughout the entire process he was courteous, engaged, and extremely professional and I observed similar behavior in other staff interactions so they seem to have some good people working there. Everything was as advertised, the deal was fantastic, and all commitments were upheld as stated. Can’t ask for more than that!

Steven, Lennon, and Sam are awesome people and their enthusiasm is contagious. Rekindles my affection for motorcycles. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, the service department is outstanding and the parts department is awesome. These guys clearly ride and they’re humble, patient, professional, and welcoming.
Overall they take care of business!
I even appreciate that Lennon was adamant about safety rules during the test ride. It represented maturity, experience, and concern for my safety.
I was given a very fair price for my trade in, had every question answered diligently, and was never upsold.
They also accommodated my unique work schedule and got creative to make the purchase convenient for me.

This is by far the friendliest and honest places I’ve had to deal with. Ask for a guy named Lennon, he’s not pushy, can answer any questions you might have regarding motorcycles. So far I've been here twice, great selection of bikes if you like BMWs, and Ducati's. I was also in the market for a Yamaha and they have a few as well. The staff are super chill and know what they are talking about. Don't try to up sell you and are patient and informative. So far I've only been dealing with Lennon, and he's been helpful the entire time. Letting me schedule a test ride and if letting me about special deals on bikes I'm interested in. What a great experience! My salesman “Ben” was incredibly knowledgeable and chill. No high pressure sales or games. Very straight forward and offered other alternatives since they didn’t have the bike I came in for.
Ben took me on a demo ride and I had a blast. Ended up purchasing a different bike but I’m completely happy with how everything turned out.

This shop is off the charts AWESOME!!!!!!
They hosted a fundraiser for Ride For Kids and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and refused to accept any money for their expenses.
We had an awesome turnout with about 50 bikes in their parking lot and showroom and all they smiled, partook in the fundraising, and were helpful and courteous the entire event.

I bought a BMW F750GS back in June 2020. They were really professional and not pushy throughout the sales process. Special thanks to Lennon in sales. I added some accessories and they had everything meticulously assembled and ready for pickup on the date they promised and we zipped through the paperwork and pickup process quickly.
Their parts department was super easy to work with as I also bought a skid plate which I installed myself. I put the order in through the phone a couple weeks after I had my bike and they had it there and waiting for me in 2 days.

Yes a solid 5 Stars! I bought my new RninT/5 last September and so far have 4100+ trouble free miles.
I was sorta in the market for a new bike when I decided to check out a few dealerships. I use to work as a sales person for Harley Davidson and I know it's hard to get a test ride at some places and I respect the fact that dealerships really don't want to put miles on new bikes that might be sold to someone else. Yes if I bought a new bike I would not want to have really any miles on it... But I was lucky enough to get a test ride with a used RnineT so I didn't feel bad about adding

My son and I bought two BMW GS motorcycles. We were both impressed by how genuinely nice and interested the employees were. At first I thought it must be "salesman's face" stuff--make the customer feel like they are important to secure the sale. But it was more. I think everyone at BMW Motorcycles of Concord really likes motorcycles and they want their customers to become part of their motorcycling family. I wish I lived closer and could make this my regular motorcycle stop.
In short, it was a wonderful experience and I can highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased an R1150 RT used.
I need to find unique parts for the machine. One of the parts question was the tank bag VS the cell phone mount.
I went to another parts store and tried two tank bags. They were not close and it was a hassle to return the wrong items - items they suggested.
After contacting Ben Brock from BMW Motorcycles at Concord, I received "white glove" treatrment.
Mr.Brock was quick to respond with two options and was super knowledgable about my bike as he did his homework.
I felt I had a personal specialist helping me purchase accessories.

Always a pleasure going in and seeing Sam in sales. But important this am as I had a rear tire loosing air before a ride today. Becky got me in last minute, sprayed my tire with soapy water to find the leak, they had the new tire in stock, installed in a little over an hour, Steve in parts helped me with a present in parts and Jake finished me paperwork in time to still do a ride over Mt Hamilton !... thanks for everyone's help!... my favorite motorcycle dealer!

By far the best and most professional BMW service I have ever experienced in the US. I lived in Munich and worked automotive R&D, so getting me impressed is not an easy task. These guys know their profession. I'll write another review after my GTL gets fixed. You wanna haggle on $50? Go ahead and have it fixed in some backyard. These guys follow the BMW regulations, so your vehicle maintains its value and reliability. That is money well spent on a top-tier bike.

I brought my GS 310 here for a leaking water pump. The people at the service desk were very knowledgeable and were willing to take my bike in immediately to figure out what was going on. The guy at the desk called me to update me at every stage of the process.

I own three BMW motorcycles and ride between 600 to 800 miles a week. Riding my bike's in retirement has become a real passion that's why it's so upsetting to me when I have an issue with a bike I bought from them and call the service department and get nothing but lip. I called this morning and had the misfortune of speaking to their service manager named Becky. She informed me that it was too early for her that she hadn't even clocked in (@8:55 am)and that she would call me back. Just visited today to try on a new helmet. They had what I wanted in stock and as well as the newest Cardo communicator.
They happily installed the Cardo on the helmet and paired with my phone and bike.
So far I have had great experiences with sales, service, and parts.

We've been taking our bikes here for about 5 or 6 years now, since they were located over in Walnut Creek. These folks continue to delivery top notch customer service and it's time to give credit where credit is (over) due!
We've dealt with so many motorcycle shops and dealerships over the years and have never felt satisfied or like we're actually valued customers; so, when we came to BMW Motorcycles of Concord (Diablo BMW motorcycles) it was a breath of fresh air to finally find such a fabulous crew and shop! It's nearly impossible to get such excellent, honest, and reliable

I've had all three of my RTs (1983, 2002 & 2012) serviced over the years with these guys, at the old WC location and now in Concord. I've never had an issue with the service/parts department and they bend over backwards to take care of you. When I bought my 2002 RT1150 with 50K miles on it, I brought it in to get a 25k service before a long trip. I took the beast across country from CA to NY, then FL to pick up my wife for the ride home. 40 days and 7,000 miles later, we arrived home without a hitch! Well, except for a flat tire in Raleigh from a 2 inch screw...

Very honest too. I was 4 months early for my service, and they said they would do it, but I could wait. I did come back later.
They did is quickly as promised. I had made an appointment, dropped it off a few days ahead of time and it was ready before they expected it.
Great showroom with great bikes and clothing as well!

I've purchased a couple of bikes from this dealership over the years while they were in Walnut Creek. Recently, they've provided service, parts and just stellar customer service. Dave in service has gone way out of his way to maker certain I understood what was being worked on. Sam and Nathan in sales/parts have been stellar. Markus, the GM has been extremely helpful with any questions I may have had. I don't like to jeopardize my safety while I'm riding so, I do my research on motorcycle service and tried a few places ( I can tell you that East Bay Motors sucks ), after a few try outs with severa places, I continue to go back to the ones were good - great. Walnut Creek guys won hands down, now I'm a loyal customer and I purchase from them and ask them as many questions as I have and never got a null. Everything
