Poor customer service. Will take full advantage of an opportunity to sell you a bike.
One of the few shops that will not let you test ride a bike before you purchase. If you don't like the bike your S.O.L. and stuck with it. They will tell you that you can return it if you don't like it but first you have to sign their contracts to ride the bike, now you legally bound to the bike. They tell you it's because their insurance wont allow test rides, but geez your selling motorcycles! Get and insurance company that will let you do business ethically. Your competitors allow test rides why cant you?

I have a brand new Polaris RZR Turbo S4 I bought from a different dealership in Tracy. I had a leak from one of the shaft seals and needed warranty service. Called and got Bo(Beau), who scheduled me for today to get it addressed. Arrived just before 9am and I was greeted by the guys opening up. The guy handling service that day was named Eb. Very friendly guy who assured me he would make this process as painless as possible. Long story short, what I expected to be a week+ project to get done, took one day(luckily had the parts in stock)! Picked it up that afternoon and again received excellent

I bought my Ninja 650 from Samantha, who was absolutely a pleasure to work with; professional, quick responses, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though she was super busy every time I was there, it seemed as though she treated me like I was the only one in the store. I also would like to mention Beau the service manager who had done work on my bike, and not to my surprise did an amazing! job ! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who is looking for great customer service and great people. Oh, and great bikes!

Called for a quote to have a tire changed. Wheel was off the bike.
Quoted around $50. By the time I got out of there it was close to $80. When I asked the rude parts guy about the $10 shop fee, he told me to call the manager on Tuesday....
Oh, and they mounted the tire backwards. Fortunately I found that out before I left.
In all fairness, the mechanic that worked on the wheel was very nice and apologetic. He remounted the tire immediately. I am NOT including the mechanic in the low rating.
The low star rating is for the dealership as a whole and the rude parts guy who gave me a bogus quote over

I haven't had or ridden amotorcycle in 5 years. I wanted a motorcycle instead of a car for years and this was a perfect opportunity for me to see what was out there. I walked in and without having to look around I saw exactly what I wanted! Samantha was so nice and down earth that I went to the bank and got the down payment for this bike that I love! Thank you Powersports Of Vallejo. Your owner and staff are extremely nice and helpful. I stopped by on a fluke and happy that I did!

Summer 2019 had drivetrain / clutch issues with my 2007 Suzuki Burgman 650... was quoted just over $1K with some additional maintenance.
Two weeks later (right on time) and right on estimate, I picked it up and "test" drove it on the freeway - I was a bit nervous frankly. I made it home okay and have put a few miles on it since.
My Burgman works great and I am thankful that I have a Suzuki authorized repair center less-than thirty minutes away. Thank you for the clutch repair and for "refreshing" the bike with new fluids, battery, etc. it runs great.

Rating is for sales. I went to cycle gear for my gear as their gear was more entry level and although I am entry level wanted to spend more money on, hopefully, safer/better gear
Samantha is nothing short of awesome. From answering questions on the phone to helping me pick out my first bike. She made the process super smooth and easy and helped me pick out my first bike. She went over the differences and helped me choose between a ninja and a Yamaha.
Not having my license at the time she even offered to deliver the bike which she did. Way cool. And afterwards, answered all my annoying texts

I have come here quite a few times. Over the years I have seen the same employees behind the counter, this tells me they must like thier job. They have always been friendly and fair. I have brought 2 Kawasaki's and 3 Harley's here over time. Each time it was for minor stuff. Tires ... Tune ups.... They know what they are doing and for the Harley's they have mechs who work on Harley's and it is quite a bit cheaper. Always they have done a great job. I have never purchased a bike from them, just parts and service. Been eyeing an offer road toy I am sure to check it out soon

Just picked up a Z-900 ABS from Samantha after going back and forth between here and another dealer. No pressure, but they did fight for my business and put together a great deal. The service department put together a great final pitch with their time and knowledge, highly recommend. Plus the Z900 is super cool.

I love this place. Generous with advice and guidance. I own a Polaris Ranger 6 by 6 & a Kawasaki Mule 3010. Both of these machines are in the Foothills and a remote off the grid location. I have to service them myself. All the power sports guys are always extremely helpful and understand my situation. I highly recommend
