Ordered tires through Goodyear online to be delivered and installed in this shop. Confimed installation appointment over the phone with Kutney. Arrived at scheduled appointment time, only to to find they didnt have us on the books. Front desk staff unapologetic, told me to call the 800 number in the appointment confirmation email and that she couldn't do anything to help reschedule. Also stated that they had nothing to do with this issue, it was an online problem. I tend to be very forgiving of these situations, but there was zero customer service to make up for the confusion.

We have been going to Kutney for years. Today they went above and beyond to help us problem solve a dead battery and get us back on the road in less than an hour. To say they have outstanding customer service is an understatement. Michelle and her team continue to take amazing care of us and will ALWAYS get our business.
