We produce custom embroidery in up to 15 colors per item, from simple left chest type designs to ultra-complex, very large jacket back size designs. Custom screenprinting using 1 to 6 spot colors, or nearly infinite color photo realistic printing using 4 color process printing. The owners, Tony and Cathie, have more than 40 years combined experience in the commercial embroidery industry.

Send us your shirts, jackets, hats, whatever and we will screenprint and send back to you. Or, if you need garment check out our online catalog. Send us your art and we will produce a high quality, embroidery machine ready digital embroidery design. Feel free to fax or email a design for a quote. Please include the actual logo size, number of pieces (for contract embroidery ), your name, and your fax number or email address.
Our goal is to provide you with high quality, smooth running, efficient embroidery designs. You can mail, email, or fax your artwork to us. Please let us know the finished size you desire, type of material to be sewn on, colors needed, and any other special requirements you may have. A. For best results, we like to keep the lettering approximately 1/4 inch (or 5mm) tall on pique knit type materials.
Send us your garments (shirts, hats, jackets, aprons, etc) and we will embroider them and ship them back to you. Or tell us what garments you need and we can get them for you. We can ship your order directly to your customer, with your name on the shipping label as the sender, if you desire. There is no charge for this service beyond the normal shipping charges.
The basic principles of screen printing are quite simple. A stencil with an open area corresponding to the image to be printed is place on a tightly stretched screen. Ink is deposited in the open screen and the screen is positioned over the surface to be printed. Pressure is applied to bring the ink in contact with the substrate.
