Manager obviously does something for fake reviews. quality of property is terrible, walls turn to dust with the scratch of a finger nail, tiles peeling, cupboards falling apart, even the parking lot falls apart somehow. constantly doing random check ups. constantly raising rent. manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. don’t waste your time 🙂

Mel is the most amazing landlord. She truly cares for her tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure maintenance does their job and on a timely manner. The maintenance man is super professional. This is a very safe place to live. There are cameras everywhere. Mel addresses any concern very professionally and with genuine interest. Mel is an excellent manager,. she really cares about the upkeep and cleanliness of the units. Yes she holds high standards for her tenants and the care she takes to make sure her tenants have a beautiful apartment to call home shows. Mel is amazing! We are moving from out of state and could not visit the property or apply in person and after emailing back and forth and sending in application fees and holding fees it turned out we made too much money for the unit we wanted. She helped us by reaching out to other properties and seeing what was available and worked very hard to get us in some place! while we won't be renting at Union we will be renting some place, thanks to her! I highly recommend this place! They go above and beyond!
