I had had checked out other estate planning attorney's first for my parents, but they all wanted to nickel and dime them- they charge for every change, charge for every time you would want to go back to their offices.

We just finished updating our Family Trust and addressed several changes. Jake was excellent to work with and gave us some excellent advise on contemplated changes. His knowledge, timeliness and follow up was exceptional. I'm not easy to please and critical on details. Jake offered suggestions and thoroughly explained why specific things needed to be updated. He also reviewed our Living Wills and other documents to assess if they were still current. He could have upsold us like many other attorneys we interviewed had mentioned, but Jake felt no changes were necessary. Jake's honesty was refreshing
