A durable power of attorney, sometimes called a financial power of attorney, authorizes someone else to make financial decisions on your behalf in the event that you are unable. We just had our trust and will updated. The initial will and trust was with Dana Law Group back in 2014. We were very happy with our first experience and when it was time to update, we went back to Dana and Associates. Would highly recommend Dana and Associates for Estate Planning and Probate. Rilus Dana and Paralegal Lori Bradford were very professional and explained the Estate Planning and Probate process in great detail and were very responsive in answering questions and preparing the documents to settle my father's Estate and set up a Trust, Living Will and Power of Attorney documents for my mother.

My mother in law went through Dana and Associates Months back and had great things to say. However, when I had to call them with questions in regards to my Mother in Laws trust I got treated very poorly when the woman who answered the phone assumed that we were not a "client" with them. I was curious as to what type of POA was in place and she states " I wouldn't know if i dont have the documents". I replied I am not sure why I would be calling if she was not client. Once she realized we were a client she seemed to want to help a little more. Wrong timing to not be helpful when our family is struggling

Great experience with Dana and Associates. Attorney Rilus Dana was very thorough in explaining the function of each estate planning document (will, trust, living will, powers of attorney, etc.) and how different situations would be handled. I appreciated how technology-savvy the firm is and that they also addressed issues such as how to direct the handling of your digital assets and what you should do with regard to your online/cloud accounts such as Facebook, Google, and Apple. I especially appreciated having a secure online location for these estate planning documents that can be shared with

I had contacted Dana and Associates, LLC at the end of 2019 to handle my mothers estate. The year 2020 brought with it many new laws and procedures for the estate process for both the estate and the courts. Then the covid-19 shut down happened.
Through it all Dana and Associates kept me informed and, handle all aspects of the Estate with professionalism, very prompt and always courteous. A pleasure to work with.

We had our first meeting with Will Graves and he was incredible. We had to do our meeting virtually because of the times that we're in but that didn't make it any more complicated. In fact, the whole process was super easy. He walked us through a very basic presentation and worksheet which laid out all of our will and trust options. He was super informative and friendly. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will on getting our trust fully setup so that our family is taken care of for years to come. Thank you so much!

The person I met with was professional, understood my concerns and what needed to be done.
She was knowledgeable and completed the review in a timely manner. She gave me a timeline of when to expect the documents to be complete and a breakdown of costs.

Dana Law firm created our trust in 2004. The experience was great! The staff was knowledge
and friendly. Over the past 11 years Dana keep us informed about changes in Trust law. In December 2015 we met with Dana and updated our Trust. Again the experience was easy and pleasant. Couple of weeks later we received a binder containing our updated Family Legal Plan. Nicely organized with our estate planning documents inside including Trust agreement, funding, last will and testament, durable power of attorney, health care.
