Our practice strives to make this a great experience for our patients, our parents and for our office. We understand the importance of oral health and how it translates to overall health. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care to children, adolescents and the mentally and physically challenged.

I have to say the place is cute and they have things to engage the clientele. However, I question the charges. I was in the room for 45 minutes and was charged an insane amount of money. When we went through the EOB the receptionist could not explain the difference in the charges on the invoice. In addition, there was no good reason for the large difference in the charges. There are many dentists out there that provide great care but do not try to charge you an arm and a leg for it.

Dr. Fattouch first saw my children when they were a year old, they were twins and due to premature birth issues needed extensive dental care. When he examined the boys he talked me through the issues and then told me what it would cost to resolve it. My insurance would cover some but not enough that I could still afford it. He explained that I could do a payment plan, I explained that due to my current situation, in the middle of a divorce, and having been a stay at home mom for twenty years, that I could not sign off on a payment plan honestly as I had no idea when or how I would pay. I went home

I took my children here roughly 3 years ago. All 3 of my children were very young roughly 3, 4 and 6 years old. My youngest just needed a cleaning so it went smooth. My middle child had to get some type of procedure done but the dentist was having a difficult time and couldn't complete it. He was left with a hole drilled in his tooth! My oldest had vomited during his procedure. He was in pain with tears running down his cheeks while he sat still in the chair. The dentist was frustrated with us. I was nervous and just heartbroken over the whole situation. We had gone just for a cleaning and

If you go to this place expect for them to trap you into a ton of other dental work for 'prevention'. Then they get you by saying it all has to be done at once & child has to be put under anesthesia which is $600 per hour. $4500 later when went in for one tooth that was bothering my daughter. Any dentist can be 'nice to your kids & have a sale speech.' Wake up parents.....Plus, The two composites the dentist said she just had to have on front teeth that she would be losing anyways fell off within 2 weeks after appt. They said would reimburse that yet never did. They

From the moment I called the office I knew I had found the right place! Betty the office manager was so patient answering my questions and helping me out with setting up an appointment that was ideal for the time frame I needed. I had a lot of anxiety because I have had bad dental expirience before. I have a special needs child and it is always a little more challenging to find the right fit. I was blown away by the greeting committee and they automatically put my lil man at ease. Words aren't really enough to express the appriciation for the way that Dr. Fattouch treated my child. He was also

After researching and reading tons of reviews I can across this place. I was so excited to find a good dentist. We went for our consultation and cleanings and I was still happy. We had to wait for pre authorization to come back before work could be done and they said they would call us in a couple weeks once they got the approval. Well here we are weeks in and no call. I called today to check on it and they received the approval on July 9 and still haven't called to set up an appointment. I'm more than frustrated as I really wanted to have everything taken care of before school started

Dr Fattouch is the best! I have been going to Poway Pediatric Dentistry for years with my 3 kids (one of them special needs) and I would highly recommend Dr Fattouch to anybody who is in need of exceptional dental care. His attentiveness and understanding of childhood concerns is impeccable. His knowledge and experience in the treatment of children from newborns to teenagers is outstanding. His staff goes beyond and above what is expected from them. Thank you Dr Fattouch for taking care of my children!

Avoid this place if at all possible. Communication sucks. They don't return calls when they say they will. Timing sucks. They don't keep anywhere close to the actual appointment time (I understand that some appointments may run over a little but over an hour difference is really inconvenient, especially when you haven't eaten in over 8 hours for your appointment). The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the dentist himself. Office and Oral Surgeon need improvement.

Dr. Fattouch and his assistants were AMAZING!
My little one was scared to go to the dentist for her first time. With loving care, they eased her mind and she made it through with zero tears! She can't wait to go back.

Dr. Fattouch is awesome! Took me 2yr. Old here for first visit to the dentist EVER and I was nervous for her. Only because I was unsure of how she was going to react. She did SO WELL. The whole staff is very sweet. They were running a little late only due to the fact that they were answering all of the parents questions from the appointment before us. Once we got in a room she got in the chair she stayed calm the Dr. was very nice and talked to her the whole way thru. She left smiling with stickers, a toy, and a new toothbrush! We'll see him him 6 months!

Just read my post from 7 years ago when my son was a terrified 9 year old of dentists. He just turned 16 yesterday and we are still going to Dr. Fattouch regularly. All 3 of my boys love going to the dentist, no fear throughout the past 7 years. Thank you so much for being so wonderful with my children!! See you soon

Just had our first appointment at this office and the kids really liked it. This was our first time going to a dentist and none of my kids left crying. The dentist was efficient and professional. He and the nurses were great at keeping things low key by talking to my kids while they were working with them. My daughter doesn't like the water tool they use that sprays in her mouth, so they said, "No problem, we'll just let you rinse with a cup." That made all the difference for her. They did all three kids simultaneously and it felt a little fast, but in a way that was great because it didn't give

My kids actually *want* to go to this dentist. They ask me in the days leading up to their appointments, "Can we go now? Can we go now?" The dentist and staff make it so fun and stress-free. There are toys, books, and games in the waiting area--all super clean. The kids get fake coins to "buy" toys when appointments are over. We've been coming here for a few years, and I've never encountered a staff member or assistant who wasn't completely awesome. This dentist is the best.

He is very through and explains everything in layman's terms and even draws a image to illustrate what he's talking about to you.

As always we have the best visits here. My son was so scared of the dentist when he first came here. Petrified would be a better word to use. The whole team worked with him patiently and calmly and he walked out with a smile on his face. He knows that even if he has to get work done, like a cavity filled etc he wont be in pain. It is like night and day bringing your child to a place that treats them so kindly. I highly recommend Poway Pediatric Dentistry to everyone but especially to those kids that have been traumatized in other places before.

I've been taking my kids here since their 1st birthdays. They look forward to going to the office and Dr. Fattouch is so thorough and takes time to talk me through everything. Yesterday, I panicked when my one year old split her gum. I left a message after-hours and Dr. Fattouch called me right back to discuss what happened and reassure me. They also called me the next day to follow up. That means the world to me!

Dr. Fattouch is very patient with my two sons. He always stays calm with my 3 year when he isn't being a very good patient and explains what is going on and what he is doing to my 6 year old while during procedures.
He makes me and my children feel comfortable and doesn't make me feel like I'm being judged because we sometimes skip on the flossing or brushing.
He gives very detailed explanations to all my questions and concerns. I always recommend him to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Dr. Fattouch and his staff. The doctor is extremely patient and gentle with our children who are at the tender age of 2 and 4. My 4 year old chipped her tooth when she was 2 and he made her first visit a pleasant one. For all the moms who like to kill two birds with one stone, he does Botox, too!

I chose Dr fattoush after reading many local pediatric dentists here in Poway and have been going here for about 2 years.
Very professional and friendly staff.
Great waiting room with video games tv for the kids and plenty of up to date magazines for parents .
Doctor takes his time to go over procedures and is very transparent when it comes to what he recommends in regards to treatment. Kids 6,8,10 are very comfortable which limits anxiety before visits.
I highly recommend poway pediatric dentistry!

So Ares' last dentist appointment (which was also his first), wasn't the best experience for either of us. The equipment was old (remember those huge x-ray films you had to bit on and would pinch your gums and cheeks?) and staff didn't speak much English. I felt so bad for my little guy because he ended up crying during the x-ray, that I procrastinated on making his appointment.

Fast-forward 1.5 years later (hello, mother of the year):

Guilt begins to set in after Ares loses his 2nd tooth since the last appointment. Searched on Denti-cal's website for providers near us. This
