Kelley’s did an excellent job getting a station valve back in service. Rates and time were reasonable and as described by the dispatcher. Service man gave me several options and recommended the solution which minimized the labor cost. I am very satisfied.

Work was to be expected but VERY dishonest when it came to time, contractor didn't care and neither did "owner" of company who sent contractor out. Said began work at 855am (began at 905am) and NEVER told me I'd be charged for time on small talk and jokes that he and his partner initiated. Also, agreed to take a quick look at another concern away from sprinkler system by water meter and was told by him that he wouldn't charge me for time, I was charged!!!!! I was overcharged by ATLEAST 30 minutes (ATLEAST $52) and the response from contractor AND owner was pretty much too bad, just bend over and
