CB's Sprinklers

Great customer service!!! Sean came out and replaced the box to my existing system - it was easily 20+ years old. He replaced some sprinkler heads, checked everything thoroughly, and then took the time to explain things to a technologically-challenged adult (that's me) and helped me program the new watering schedule. Sean, Chris, and Leslie are all so professional, prompt, and helpful! Sean is one of the most courteous service people I've ever dealt with. Thank you guys - I'll use you and only you going forward!

CB is such a great company to work with. We found them through another company that was backed up and it was a blessing in disguise. Leslie was super prompt returning my calls and answered all of my questions to get us scheduled for a repair. On the day of the repair Chris explained everything to me as to what he was doing, what was repaired and our system set up. I didn't catch the other guy's name that was with him, but they were both friendly, finished the job quickly, and the communication was beyond excellent. Chris and Sean showed up on time and fixed all our issues with my sprinkler system after we called our warranty to send someone. They did an amazing job and we will use them again in the future. Support this veteran owned small business!

Shawn over at CB's sprinklers did a great job at fixing all my lawn issues. Replaced two bad under ground valves and fixed the wires on the other bad one. Shawn gave a courtesy call when he was 30mins out which was great and he was on time. Overall I would highly recommend CB for your sprinkler needs.

Very personable friendly and helpful. They came out and we thought issue was fixed called a week later with same issue. They came back out apologized and got to work. They kept me updated thru the process and made sure we understood what was going on. If I could give 10 stars I would. Many others could learn from them how to treat customers. I'm not saying I would like another sprinkler problem but if one does arise I know who I would call back for the job! Thank you!!

Chris and his son did a wonderful job fixing a zone and tuning up our sprinklers! They were fast, efficient and decently priced! They even addressed an additional issue with one of my sprinkler heads that I asked about when they got here. Would definitely use CB's Sprinklers again!!

Chris and his wife Leslie were fantastic. Leslie explained exactly what to expect and how their pricing works. Chris called when he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem extremely fast and had it fixed quickly! Their pricing is extremely reasonable too, and they support veterans and first responders. My home warranty company sent these guys out to do a repair on my sprinkler system. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They fixed a couple of leaks and replaced a couple of heads. Generally the companies that my warranty sends out are horrible but these guys were great. If this is how they treat warranty customers, you know they are giving top notch service to everyone!

Awesome company! Chris was so easy going and very knowledgeable about my sprinkler system. Price was very reasonable and lower than every“commercial “ company I called out there. He is a veteran, you wont be disappointed in his quality of work! Give him a try!
